There is something to be said about a property in Raleigh, North Carolina that embraces diversity from their staff, guests/groups, food, and ambiance. Property is located in the heart of the city and a short walking distance from great dining, shops and any event being held at the City Center Pavillion area. The rooms are always above standard, Whiskey &...

We were in town for a business trip. We did not know that the international bluegrass music convention was going to be in town at this hotel. But, the hotel did a great job of handling that crowd and all the regular guests also. We were never put out by the large crowd. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone...

Very convenient location and walking distance to all down town. Excellent lobby bar. Super service in the bar . Restaurant is good but staff can not handle pressure of guests. Check is good the lounge is closed on Saturday and Sunday. The breakfast at lounge is good and fresh. Rooms are very spacious and value for money.

My wife and I stayed fir a friend's wedding, first time in Raleigh. Great experience, comfortable and clean rooms, very accommodating staff. There was an art walk going on just a few steps from the hotel and lots of delicious eateries nearby.

Once again we were at the Marriott for our annual Gala celebration. Customer service at this hotel seems to be improving somewhat, which was sorely needed. Front desk staff were pleasant in my encounters, and our bill was correct. (woohoo!!) Since my visit last year, the restaurant has been completely remodeled, the menu changed, and the prices upped LOL. There...

This is a Marriott, like many others in many other places. The rooms are nice, the hotel clean, the service attentive, and the location is ideal. The Conference facilities, though, were less than expected. The furniture is threadbare and even a bit rickety, and the meeting catering was inconsistent and mediocre. Considering what hotels charge for event food and drink,...

Thank you for your contribution to Trip Advisor. I apologize that we did not meet your expectations during your meeting. We pride ourselves on our food and beverage offerings which is uncommon for a hotel. Again, thanks for posting. Bill Hofmann

This was my second time here for a business trip. Food was decent, service is very good, location is fine and add usual their beds were comfy. Parking fees should be lowered to match what's around them.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that we did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, the City of Raleigh owns the garage beneath the hotel. The City sets and maintains most parking facilities in the downtown area. Thanks for the feedback! Bill Hofmann

Stayed for 4 nights on a business trip for a conference across the road. The hotel was very convenient, the staff friendly, and the room a good size, with good business facilities. I had ordered items to be posted to the hotel and the concierge was very helpful in locating them, and having them sent to my room. The staff...

The Marriott is in a great location in Raleigh. It has just about all the amenities a person could ask for. I booked my stay with Priceline. As soon as I arrived felt I was sent to the cheap suite. Our beds were so old the mattress would move off the box spring every night just sleeping. The sheets had...

Typical full line Marriott. Very friendly staff. helpful in every regard. Didn't use either the dining or bar as we were walking distance to downtown. My only grip was that the hotel is adjacent to the convention center. The morning we were leaving there was a parade with "drums". very loud way to awaken. Other than that the stay was...
