I would recommend this hotel for anyone, especially families that have children because the ice skating rink is right across the street from the hotel which makes it very convenient. We went right before Christmas so the lights on Fayetteville street made it even better. We didn't do much walking around but it looks like it would be perfect to...

A very nice, very convenient hotel near the Red Hat Headquarters in Raleigh. Chic with a nice southern accent. Great breakfasts served with a smile. Spacious room with comfortable bed. A tricky to use shower that worked really well. And, of course, a large offer of local beers, I suggest trying "paycheck" bitter round and tasty.

We had a wonderful stay and the staff was all very helpful. Initially we were put in a double room and had booked a king- that was quickly fixed with a very pleasant lady at the front desk. The room itself was comfortable and clean. The gentlemen at the bar were very friendly and helpful- even provided a phone charger...

First - I was not happy that the bed cover being ripped on the corners and had holes in it. I did not expect that from Marriott at all. For the room price and the number of rooms you have one would think a ripped cover could be replaced before a customer uses the room. Second - I had room...

We are rarely disappointed when staying at any level of Marriott hotels, but this one stood out above many of the others. My husband and I checked in early for our one-night stay, but the room wasn't ready yet, which we expected. While waiting in the lobby, one of the desk employees came over to offer us chits for 2...

Everything good one would expect from a marriott hotel. Lobby is nice , and rooms are quiet and clean . The 4th floor has a pool and the 16 a coinsiurge lounge (gold and platinum folks only). The restaurant in the lobby is probably the best food option in the immediate area . No airport shuttle but the near by...

This place is conveniently located and it's an excellent hotel for not only a business trip midweek, but also a fun weekend getaway in downtown Raleigh. Great staff, nice hotel. I used the fitness center and I was really impressed. Much nicer than a typical hotel gym. The Rye Bar in the lobby is hip and has great food and...

Nice hotel in downtown Raleigh. Staff was professional. There was a cute little market in the streets one morning while we were there. It is a good location with plenty within walking distance. However, it does seem priced a little high.

I have stayed at the City Center Marriott several times. It is a great location with an easy walk to most of downtown Raleigh and the Capitol. The hotel is very well appointed, but the big reason to stay is the staff. I have only great things to say about them from check in to check out. The bar and...
