What a great place to stay. Chad and Erin, the owners, were fabulous hosts. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts cooked by Erin were fantastic. Ocracoke is the ultimate laid back community. You can cover the whole island with the bikes they provide. Beach chairs and towels are also provided. Thanks for the 2 days of relaxation!!

We enjoyed our stay at The Cove Very much. The innkeepers were very hospitable and gave us good information. The breakfasts were good and we did enjoy the availability of the wine in the evening before going out to dinner. Would definitely recommend.

This was our third stay at The Cove and we will be returning in June for # 4. Can't say enough good things about this B&B. All the rooms are immaculate, There is definitely a "down east" feel to the environment and the breakfasts are excellent. All this is due to hosts, Erin & Chad. They couldn't be more helpful...

Fun hosts, good location, free bikes with super places locally to ride, quiet, nice rooms, super social area, off season recommended, early ferry gets fogged out, need reservations for the two long ferries; good places to eat.

We stayed at the inn in the Lighthouse Room for the last few nights and have enjoyed it very much so far! Chad and Erin are very friendly & helpful - they make you feel right at home. The room is decorated very nicely, with lots of attention to detail and they have everything you might need available (DVD library,...

Stayed two nights in February when almost everything on the island was closed. Took advantage of off-season rates and chose the Pamlico Suite. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Views of the sound from the balcony and bathroom. Lighthouse could be seen from bathroom window. Wi-fi worked fine in room. Breakfast was great and the owners were friendly...

We missed our ferry out of Ocracoke and are happy we did, otherwise we would have not discovered this little gem of a place. Situated off the main drag, within walking distance of the shore and lighthouse, is this wonderful little home--we took the suite on the top floor, complete with our own private balcony. The bed was soft and...

My wife and I were looking for a weekend get away to celebrate both our 19th wedding anniversary and my recent retirement from the Navy. Erin and Chad made sure we had a great time, even though some of the island businesses were closed down for Christmas. From restaurant recommendations to top notch service, we had a great time and...

Our stay was only for one night and out of season. We arrived late and the weather was not at it's best but the warm greeting we received made up for that. The whole ambience of The Cove is of comfort and home from Home. Chad made us feel like friends visiting and was eager to tell us of all...
