We spent one night at the lodge. The place is great, if you like cabins. We were the only ones there, but it was ok. We loved the place, because we love the cabin decor. We would stay there again, because we didn't get a chance to try the restaurant.

Nice location in Maggie Valley. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lodge has three types of accommodations - stone building (cute, homey hotel rooms), wooden 2 story building (larger, Lodge style rooms) and one story log building (cabin style, large, and some include fireplace rooms). We stayed in the one story log building (but have also stayed in other buildings in...

The lodge is very nice, décor is nicely done and seems each room has a different theme. Our room had a king size bed, fireplace, microwave, small frig, new carpet and fresh paint gave the room a cozy feel. We were there for the Thunder in the Rockies event with friends on our motorcycle - it's was nice to see...

The lodge was really cute. We ended up arriving late and the person at the front desk called in advance to let us know where to find our key. The room was clean and had a lovely gas fireplace. The shower head fell off, but that was just a funny experience. Not a big deal.

The room was acceptable, nothing special. The front desk check in was a joke. The lady that was working was the rudest person I have ever run across. They lost my reservation, and she blamed me until I proved to her that I had one. I had to show her my phone before she would believe me that I did...

We stayed in the 'stone building' which is older construction. The property is very well maintained but our space was limited - the king size bed took up most of the room, and you had to close the door to the bathroom to use the toilet. They advertise 'pillow top beds' but ours was more like a mushroom top -...

Nice quite hotel on the edge of town. Easy access to everything. Also has covered parking available for motorcycles. They offer both hotel and motel style rooms depending on your preference. The restaurant onsite is also amazing and located in the lobby. Reasonable food pricing and spectacular service. When eating at the restaurant, ask for James.

Room was clean and very cute. Enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs outside. It was in walking distance of the Wheels in Time Museum. Lobby was really nice, however the lobby closed at 5 that night and we where not able to enjoy it and did not open until 10 a.m. the next day. Unfortunately, for the lodge 10 more...

On July 16, 2016 my wife and I had the pleasure of holding our wedding reception at Smoky Falls Lodge in Maggie Valley, NC. WHAT AN AMAZING CREW!!! Lydia is absolutely wonderful. She helped us with everything; accommodations for our family & friends, decorations for the banquet room; she even went the extra mile and a half, going to the...

Decided to try the Smoky Falls Lodge when driving back from Cherokee, we unexpectedly decided to stay an extra night and were very lucky to get the last available room. The rates were very affordable, we had a big room, with comfortable beds, a refrigerator, microwave and a fireplace. The room was clean, had a large bathroom, great water pressure...
