We had 14 hikers from Mazamas, Portland, OR hiking in the Smokies and Pisgah Forest Sept. 24-Oct. 2. The Creekside staff went well beyond what we expected in making sure we had a meeting room each evening as well as keeping our rooms clean. The laundry was a special treat---no chage for washing and only $1.50 for drying. The indoor... More

Our modestly priced & clean creekside room with a small refrigerator & microwave served our hiking needs very well. Sitting on the balcony early morning and evening was especially pleasant. The staff generously accommodated individual and group preferences.

Spent this past Saturday night at the Creek Side Lodge. You can hardly go wrong staying at this modestly priced lodge. The rooms are comfortable, the AC had no problem keeping up with the high outside temperatures and the towels were new, soft and fluffy. There are several restaurants within walking distance so you don't have to worry about drinking... More

I have stayed here before and it was just as good again, if not better. I absolutely love the creek behind the motel, and they have take full advantage with several fire pits and chairs for you to light up a fire and enjoy it (we did and loved it!). Rooms are clean, comfortable, with a mini fridge and microwave.... More

The Creekside Lodge is our "go to" place to stay on our trips to Maggie Valley. I must say we had another great stay. We travelled in a group of about 6 motorcycles and these folks were very accommodating and we had a great stay. Love that they provide some towels for us to wipe down the bikes each time... More
