This is the first review for a hotel I have ever written so that should tell you something especially being that I am a flight attendant for 40 years the hotel has recently been renovated and they have done a wonderful job! I was so surprised when walking through the front door the lobby was beautiful the staff was extremely friendly Miss Carol who I had spoken to previously on the phone was there at the front desk to greet me . All the staff everyone was extremely courteous , friendly and helpful. And Mike who took care of all your room needs on the third floor was also there to greet and make sure that we had everything that we needed!! The room was very large and cozy!! I even had a full size sofa in the room. The beds were modern. They just had a frame and a new comfy mattress on top!!! That is the way all hotels should do it!!unfortunately there was snow coming in that evening so after the wedding was done I had to leave early so I could get home safely rather than stay the evening! I actually was sad I just wanted to stay and chill because it was so relaxing there. So I laid on my bed and looked out the window at the falling snow and I fell asleep which delayed my departure by an hour but that was okay 😊the bottom line is that being a flight attendant I have never written a review for any hotel.. and I intend to write a review for a hotel that I stayed in for my vacation in Italy but that was two years ago and have not done it yet! Yet I knew I did not want to pass up the opportunity to get this review online because I was so pleased with the cleanliness.. the comfort, and the courteous staff of this hotel!!! Thank you super 8 Wyndham in High point!!! I can't wait for an excuse to come back!!

I enjoyed my one night stay in this Super 8. Check in was very easy, very professional and kind man at the front desk. The room assigned to me did not have a tub, so he reassigned me right away. The second room on the first floor had a family with children, so the kind man at the desk moved me again up to the second floor...still with a smile and a great attitude. Thank you so much! A comfortable stay with a great tub that I really enjoyed. Breakfast is not the usual..you check off what you want and they bag it for you and you pick it up at the front desk. I will use this hotel again if I am every in the area....I am a single lady, and I highly recommend.

Great experience from check in to checkout. This location sets the standard for motels and Super 8. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Property has been updated. Property was meticulously clean. Soft mattress. Plenty of hot water. Wifi was strong enough to stream live feed of games.

The place looked nice online as the reviews were great. We were in the area to see a college and we needed a place that was pet friendly. The lobby was very nice as it looked just updated, but boy were we in for a surprise. The door to the room looked like someone tried to break into it more than once. We went into the room and it was old and dirty and smelled like Chef Boyardee beef ravioli. Later we found that ravioli was spilled all over the toilet, the bed sheets had old stains, and we were afraid to sleep under the covers. The toilet clogged and the front desk gave us a plunger. We told the person this hotel is terrible and they did not care. We checked out and told the women at the desk it was disgusting and she apologized we felt that way. As we were leaving there was a very disheveled person passed out asleep on the hotel couch. We told people we stayed there and told them our experience and they were not surprised.

They will book you for a room to get your money get you there after driving hours and lie to you because a manager changes everything leaving the employees to deal with changes he made. Even employees mentioning how the manager didn’t show for work the following days to try to resolve the issues he caused. They will take your money and send you to a room with bed bugs, a roll out bed, a shower that leaks water out in floor if you shower so don’t waste your time or money! By far the worse place to stay!

Woman at front desk was very friendly, professional and helpful. Extreme mold on curtains, ceiling, lamp shade, changed rooms, less mold in next room but still moldy. Dripping pipes inside walls that we kept hearing. Walls and floors paper thin as we heard the jacuzzi and !!… at 1:30 am. Not a prude but realllllllly didn’t want to listen to that. Key cards frequently didn’t work and we purposely kept it away from our phones as we were told that deactivates the card. Jacuzzi tub and walls were stained and moldy.

Broken toilets (two rooms), sink not draining, did not change linens as requested, did not empty garbage. Just overall poor. Had stayed here four months previously without too much concern. Never to stay here again.

I booked my stay through a booking agency. I chose in my reservation to have a smoking room. When I checked in my room didn't have a no smoking sign on the door and being that I requested a smoking room I assumed that was what I had been given until I went to request they add another day to my stay and the clerk informed me they wouldn't be able to assist me any further and they'd like me to gather my belongings snd vacate the property. When I asked why she said because I smoked in my room. Ummmm ok I was unaware I wasnt suppose to??, Even after I pointed that out all she had to say is I'm sorry it's not me the decision came down from the manager. OK wow... That was ever so great because my dog had been hit in the road the day before and I wad suppose to be getting her into emergency surgery but I had to gather my belongings and vacate the building with nowhere else to go. All of this over their mistake not mine! You must do better by your customers Super 8 that wad not ok

Very nice appearance. It has been recently remodeled, but it looked rushed. Especially in the rooms, the Fit & Finish is rough. Takes it for a 4 star to 3 star IMO. Huge TV with low quality service. Some channels didn't have audio. My room had a microwave and TV.
The hotel is in a quiet part of town and is within walking distance of a nice Sheetz convince store, but has a small parking lot with only one way in or out, so it's not very friendly for bigger vehicles. Offers a continental breakfast from 6-9.
