This is standard camp resort with more or less clean hygiene. The place is quite big but with very few tents available. Food is good and so is staff. location is somewhat remote but worth staying. Staff is quite helpful. Limited food but enough variety to feed your taste bud..
Had a terrible experience. The location is 15 km from the area of leopard safari as well as Jawai dam. There are tents and a restaurant but no front desk, hence the owner and chef come to your tent to present bills and collect money. The owner is very rude, keeps interrupting his guests and does not listen to complaints about his hotel. We booked a tent for Rs 6719 on Agoda, for a tent for two persons. For booking an extra bed for an older child after reaching, we were charged extra Rs 3900 (this is double the normal rate for the property for an extra person in the same room, which is 1770 +tax if it is booked through any site). The tea kettle plug was broken so we could not make morning tea, hence we had to ask a substitute kettle which was provided after 7 am, which couldn’t be used since power went. Hence we had to ask for tea from the restaurant, but to our surprise, they charged it to our bill! Hence we got late by more than an hour for a planned morning safari. There is no-one to listen to you before 7 am. There is no wifi in the resort. On asking for wifi, they provide details of a mobile hotspot, which doesn’t work since the mobile is at least 100 feet away from you with some manager. There are no trees or greenery in the resort, it is just a bunch of tents on a plot of land beyond a garbage strewn road 1.5 kms outside Bera village.… …
Nice homely place with good food (including some very good non-vegetarian food) and service. We went there with family weekend trip. The Safari and leapord spotimg was a great experience. Evening camp fires were fun
Superb hospitality, very smart amenities and decor. Excellent food and company. The team took great care of us. This is a place for all ages. Must come for leopard, crocodile and birds viewing. The village around is also worth walking around. Jawai dam is added attraction.
Feeling of camping but in luxury with clean hot water attached bath, AC tent, mini-fridge in the middle of semiwild and rural settings. Food was from the essence of the lance be it veg or non-veg and so delicious. Will visit again soon! Many thanks to the proprietor Mr Hukum Singh.
