This place is like an old motel and the rooms are small, old and very run down. Couldn't bring myself to spend the night so went to another hotel close by. Certainly not up the the Hampton's standards.

While the staff was friendly and the shower curtain was new it could not hide the dilapidated appearance of the rooms. We were shocked to find a Hampton Inn in this condition. Hampton Inn is our 'go to' place to stay while traveling. This was a 'do not go'!

Stayed here on our way back from Florida to New Jersey. Hotel is nothing special but, the staff was extremely nice. Not a fan of the "motel" experience but, for the price, I would stay again for an overnight stay.

Underwhelmed. This is an old motel reflagged with the Hampton Inn name. It was clean, the beds are comfortable and it is affordable. The breakfast was very good, although they had expired ketchup packs that were exploding. The fitness room is terrible, tiny. I just expected a "Hotel".

Even if you are a very loyal Hilton Hotels guest, I would avoid this run down, poorly supervised property. The property is seriously run down and the staff are untrained and truculent. We waited nearly ninety minutes after three p.m. to check in because hotel had been "slammed" by a full house. Ice machine was broken without sign to alternate....

The outside of this hotel was dirty and falling apart. The pool was empty besides rain water and leaves. Structurally the building appeared to be borderline unsafe. There was mold in the shower. The room had nice bedding and toiletries. The best way to sum up this stay would be to say that it was like eating award winning steak...

Traveling south with tornado warnings in front of us. Decided not to take a chance. Booked online. Registration was seamless and although we were down for a smoking room, they had no issue changing our room. Friendly and super helpful registration staff. The hotel is under renovation so if you want already updated, look elsewhere. Our room was comfortable and...

This hotel does not meet the expectations that we have appreciated in the past of Hampton Inns. It has an exterior entrance with need of a good face lift which a good coat of paint could help. Also, the room had a terrible smell and needs updated. The bathroom was not updated or appeared clean. This may have been because...

We travel I-95 at least once a year and generally stay in Hampton Inns. Therefore we know their culture and accommodation well. The Fayettville Hampton Inn is an older motel with outdoor corridors and smaller rooms. While it is clean and the staff accommodating, it is different from most Hampton Inns in which we have stayed. We had expectations from...
