This hotel was ok - not very clean. We were put in a room waaayy in the back of the hotel because we had our two VERY SMALL dogs with us. I was aware there was a pet fee because the website says at $49.00 pet fee with a limit of two dogs under 50 lbs. - which is a...

The front desk workers don't care, they don't look professional. The entire hotel is run down, dirty. They cancel reservations for no reason and lie to the costumer about it. I'm actually glad the reservation did not work, because I had to stay at a way better place. The prices at this hotel are way too high for the low...

If you eat enough "complimentary breakfasts" on your way to someplace else, your expectations seem to lower. It becomes a nice surprise when you stop into one for a quick bite and find something more special. This was the case at the Comfort Inn. Staff members Donna and Sherri were busy straightening and restocking, all the while, offering friendly greetings...

We didn't expect to be here but because of Hurricane Matthew, we couldn't go back to our house due to flooding. The rooms are decent if there wasn't any water outage and they provide decent breakfast of sausage, biscuit, waffles, danish, muffins, coffee, milk, and juice. Very nice staff and affordable stay.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Very conveniently located to food, shopping, and attractions. We had a suite with a nice sized kitchen and living room area. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and very clean. Parking was plentiful and well lit and the property was nicely maintained. Appreciate the friendliness and efficiency of the desk clerks and housekeeping staff....

The rooms were nice, but the service at breakfast from Sherri and Donna was even better! I had an unfortunate mishap and they came to my rescue so quickly that no one ever noticed. With food as good as a plate from Grandma's kitchen, my day was off to a fantastic start! Thank you ladies!

We were evacuees from hurricane Matthew and stayed here for 4 nights......... a difficult time for us. The staff here were great. Donna and Sherry, two blessed angels, greeted us each morning with warm welcomes, smiles and a fine breakfast. They gave us a positive start to our day. The facility may not be class A, but the people sure...

The hotel was very clean and rooms were nice size. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking hotel. Staff were very helpful. Lobby a little small. Continental Breakfast over in other building, but it was nice. Located close to restaurants and shopping. Difficult to get to from Skibo. Use the road just before or after the hotel and go around the back....

While walking up to front door I noticed people smoking on a bench. Getting closer each asked for money for cigarettes. Was told by residents of Fayetteville there is a homeless/vagrant problem in the area. Very unsettling. The room smelled like wet dog and the carpet was sticky. The bathroom was very small and did not smell clean. Glad we...
