Noticed a very musty smell when in hallway going to room. Room was clean though and smelled better. The breakfast had dry pastries, coffee that was out and OJ that was watery. We stayed here 3 days and on the last evening, two barking dogs had been checked in in the room directly adjoining ours. Even tho the front desk...

Leaving hotel to police in lobby was the straw - just wanted to be gone. If it hadn't been late (after 10 pm) at check-in with unsavory characters in the parking lot, as a lone business traveling female, I would have left. Luckily, room was on first floor and close to lobby. Room covered in dust, whiskers in sink, hair...

Unpleasant check in and was treated rudely here. Ridiculously small bathroom that is easily the smallest hotel bathroom I have ever experienced. Shower door would not close properly and the only way to shower is with the door partly open. Door made an extremely loud creaking noise when opening or closing it. Water spilled all over the bathroom floor because...

Not my usual choice for a "on the road stay" but other hotels were sold out. Entry was crowded by smokers - YUCK. Upon entering my room there was an offensive odor (the floor was wet over several feet around the AC unit. The room phone didn't work to call the front desk, I had to use my mobile phone....

We stayed here 1 night up on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hallway. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The breakfast area this hotel was entirely too small to accommodate the number of people staying here. There were only 4 tables and the poor attendant couldn't keep up with the high volume of people. There...

This is a 2-star motel. Dark brown carpets that look old. Carpets in hall look old and dirty. The room had an unpleasant smell. Full (not queen) size beds. Shower door that won't close properly. Toilet seat shows bare wood where paint had worn off. Everything looks kind of shabby and cheap. We used a $72 coupon and I guess...

You don't always get value from the value hotel chains, but this Sleep Inn was exceptional. The property was well kept, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked, even if it was the usual continental offering. The rooms were well appointed and clean, with a modern TV, as well as a fridge,...

I was in town for a graduation that took place in Charlotte but all of my family was in the immediate area so location was perfect. Walmart, restaurants, hospital and a variety stores all in close proximity. My room was clean, bed was really comfortable and although I didn't get time to check it out, there is an indoor pool....
