Great comfort and amenities for the price, and the service is equal to or better than at many "luxury" properties. Rooms are large, well-equipped, and clean, though the lobby is tiny, and so is the breakfast room. But no problem if you can't sit in one of the few seats, just take your food to your room - every one...

We stayed here on an overnight trip this past weekend only because it was in our point range for a free stay. I had never stayed in one before but we loved it!!! They are set up like a studio apartment. Queen bed, kitchen, couch and even a desk area/work space. Very clean and comfortable and at $89 for a...

TownePlace Suites can be a gamble, some can be pretty run down and 1-star, but this one was a gem. The check-in lady was welcoming and helpful and my room was spacious and featured a fantastic work area. The bed was extremely comfy as well. Some areas for improvement: my room was on the 3rd floor facing the pool and...

I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was unbelievably kind and professional. I felt like I was staying at someone's house. The room was clean and comfy. It was wonderful having a kitchen in my room as I was keeping unusual hours for my job. Just a perfect stay!

The staff at check-in had our room ready and were friendly. Gave good advice about restaurants close by. The room was on the 3rd floor, clean and already cooled since it was raining, hot and humid outside. We stayed in a king bed suite that was perfect for our one night stay. We decided to order take out so the...

Stayed this weekend at the TownPlace Suites in Charlotte. The hotel is in a very quiet place and is still very convenient to the interstate, dining and shopping. Room was basically like a small house and had a fully equipped kitchen. Great for overnight or long term stay. Studio is somewhat small but is perfect for 2 people. Had a...

The room is a typical Town Place with a small kitchen that helped out during our travels. The refrigerator/freezer allowed us to unpack our cooler. The pullout for our teenagers was small and our bed a bit uncomfortable. The hotel served breakfast in a very small room with seating for eight adults and had limited selection of food. There was...

Another 3 day weekend in Charlotte for the NASCAR Coca Cola 600 was so pleasant THANKS to Jason Ulrich and his staff at the TownPlace Suites. Met up again with many from around the U.S. that go every year and stay at the same hotel. Its fun to hear their experiences from the past year and also to be close...

Had the pleasure of staying at the Town Place Suite again over Memorial Day weekend. The staff is great and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right for us. Love the new upgrade, décor and rooms are very clean. Great place to stay!
