We enjoyed staying at this place. It was very quaint and relaxing. It was just a short drive to town, so whether you do a train ride, raft on the river or just hang out I would definitely recommend this B&B.

This B&B is in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The hosts are very cordial and accommodating. Upon arrival we immediately felt very comfortable and as if we were in our own home. Many thoughtful amenities. Breakfasts were a gourmet experience!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Folkestone this summer. The quiet setting, the delicious breakfasts, and getting a lifer (I'm a birdwatcher) made a unique experience! Folkestone is located in an ideal area, near many outstanding attractions. We would recommend this bed and breakfast to our family and friends!!!

I was running a triathlon at Tsali. The wife and I wanted a nice cozy place to stay the night prior and she found Folkestone online. We had to check in late and be out for the race very early the next morning so we missed breakfast, but the proprietors were kind enough to pack us to-go breakfasts. We loved...

The Folkestone Inn is a great choice for couples who want some quality time in the Smoky Mountains. Bryson City is a favorite destination for my family, but my husband and I had never travelled there alone. We decided to make a getaway there for our anniversary and chose the Folkestone Inn for our stay. We are glad we did....

Folkestone Inn is peaceful, charming, warm, friendly, and Eva's breakfasts are worth waking up to! Steve and Eva made us feel instantly welcome. Each room has its own balcony and everything is clean and crisp. We had an absolutely wonderful weekend.

The Folkestone Inn, with its charming setting, comfortable rooms, quiet environment and terrific breakfast meals, was our first ever stay at a bed and breakfast. And what a very high standard the Folkestone Inn and staff has set for us as far as visiting other B&B's! We had all the comforts of home while staying in a place that had...

I tried to reserve one night at Folkstone Inn and was told there was a two night minimum (although it didn't state that on the website for the time of year we were coming). As it turned out our trip needed a 2 night stay so we did book with them. The property is very nice and Steve was very...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your input. We are sorry that you were upset because you had to book two nights even though your trip required it. Had you told us while you were upset about this rather than let it fester, we could have explained to you why and maybe you would have enjoyed your stay. The couple who...
