I really have no Complaints considering I only paid $55. The owners were nice and courteous. The room was out dated and old fashioned. But my shower was hot and the linens were clean. They have real metal keys to open the doors which had me laughing.

We stayed in the King Bed room and there was little room to move around as there was a lot of furniture in the room. Accommodations were great though and staff was both helpful in finding the falls nearby and delightful.

The hotel was well priced and not far from downtown Bryson City and the train depot. The room desperately needed updating and better ventilation -- it had a very strong smell of room deodorizer. There was a nice view of the mountains from the porch and the rooms were quiet.

The location was great and the staff was courteous and helpful. The room was cramped and filled with older, bulky furniture. The bathroom was roomy, but did not have shelves or countertops to put your personal items on. There was also a high step up into the bathroom that I tripped on the first time I went to look in....

My son and I spent one night at the Ridge Top motel. Main reason was price. It is 10 miles from Harrah's Casino and very easy to get to. The motel is old but it was clean and served our purpose good. I would stay there again.

We had a 4-night stay a couple of weeks ago. We look for a pet-friendly/location/good rate combo when we travel. We did see and consider the comments from skippersmama and adventuresofmom below, but decided to try Ridge Top anyway. As it turns out, we have no regrets and we would stay there again. It is quite true that the rooms...

After reading reviews I thought this would be a good place for me and my grandson to stay. It was small and dated, the tv was terrible, ac barely worked...all of this could have been overlooked for the price, the roaches and large worms inside the room however I could not overlook. I had to argue to get a refund...

Fantastic views of mountains from this budget motel, but interior of our room was depressing and shabby (like an old London bed-sit!) Floor beneath the tub was caving in, spiders in the bathroom and we killed a roach- ugh. We had a non-smoking room but people were sat at a table outside our room smoking , so it stank anyway....

I'm giving 4 stars because of: very friendly service, nice pool and pool area, clean rooms, motorcycle friendly, family friendly. Nice little family owned hotel. My only negatives were they do not put shampoo or hair dryers in the rooms. They only put soap. I found that odd. So if you go you'll have a nice stay, but take your...

This is a great motel if you want great customer service, peace and quite, and just plain relaxation. Sanjay, the owner, and his wife Reni, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It is an older motel, but very well kept by the owners. It is very affordable. Love the older "Mom and Pop" motels!!!
