Go to the Art of Living to ease your mind and spirit. There is no reason to go anywhere else. I felt completely cared for by the therapists, practitioners, volunteers and staff. A gift to yourself that is worth every penny.
So this place is simply a rip off, the rooms are clean but that the only positive, no air conditioning period even if the outside temperatures are 80+, none of the wifi passwords worked, there are no elevators so you have to haul the luggage...More

Good for meditation, rest and relaxation. Very healthy food, all vegetarian. Ayurvedic massage and spa. Near Blue Ridge Parkway with lots of hiking options. Hotel and apartment style accommodations. Reasonably priced.

I'm still thinking about it. I went to learn to breathe. The breathing exercises were taught by a good team and they were the right length. That was a good experience.
The spa was fine. Not great, but okay.

Hello and thank you for the question, We do allow children here at the Art of Living Retreat Center with the one exception. The exception is that children under the age of 18 can not stay in our Spa building.
