Site I used was very UNLEVEL and not maintained well. Far from what I have grown to expect at a KOA. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. The wifi is good. TV is NONEXISTENT as there is no cable and antenna TV barely works.
My husband's niece planned her wedding near the Boone KOA so we scheduled a nine night trip straddling the wedding. Our first thought was our site was a tad small but we adjusted and all was well. We used cell phones as hot spots for...More

No, not all are pull through with full hookups, but a majority are. There are also tent sites, Mostly its set up with the pull through sites to the right of the main road, and mostly the back in sites are to the left behind the check-in/store building along with the seasonal sites. The tent sites are also to the right as soon as you pull into the grounds
They do have "seasonal" sites, however I do not remember the prices, would have to call. Word of caution however - They do shut this campground down in the winter however and drain the water d/t the elevation.
