We happened upon this hotel when the others in the area that we would typically stay at were full or twice what we normally pay. And I am SO happy we found this little gem. It is an older property and they don't make up beds every day or provide free shampoo/conditioner like most chain hotels do - so if... More

The people are very helpful, friendly and always ready to help. This is a older facility so do not expect the Waldorf but the one bedroom units are roomy and allow privacy between the kitchen area and bedroom area. No elevator for a 3 level facility but depending on which level you park, you can mostly avoid using the stairs... More

The house house nice and in great condition. Although a circuit breaker must have broke right before the ball dropped, we were able to route power from other parts of the house and have a great time!

We certainly enjoyed our stay in this area. The hotel is a little dated. The room was very hot at night. The kitchen was ideal for the two of us. We certainly enjoyed the Mexican restaurant in the building. Please use caution when entering or leaving this resort. The resort has a blind entrance. Mirrors should be positioned across the... My husband and I stayed at the Four Seasons quite by accident. We were staying at a hotel in Boone and wanted to extend our stay and most hotels were booked up bc it was Labor Day weekend. We decided to stay at the Four Seasons on top of Beech Mountain and I wished we had stayed here the two... More

So, I know we were on top of a mountain, but it was still August in North Carolina so it never crossed my mind that I needed to make sure a hotel had A/C. This was a last minute trip and hotel rooms were scarce. We were only there to sleep, so we made do. The bed was an old... More

When I arrived around 10pm, there was no one at the front desk to welcome us. There were envelopes with names on them and room keys. When we got to our room, it looked nothing like the pictures online. The rooms have no AC, so there were box fans with the windows open. I could hear every car door shut... More

Overall this was a good place to stay, but unfortunately we went during a heat wave and figured out as we were driving up at 1100 at night that there was no air conditioning!! There was a box fan in every window. It wasn't until about 1am each night that it would get cool enough to be pleasant. I guess... More

Rented a room for Friday-Sunday. Summertime in NC and had no AC and only 1 box fan. Website said queen bed but bed was actually a full wall fold-down. Furniture was outdated and sofa had white stains all over it. Arrived later in the day Friday so we stayed the one night. Was extremely hot and small bed means no... More
