Reviewed yesterday NEW

tiny bathroom, no hand soap, outdoor noise (like people's rolling suitcases). Limited fruit with breakfast Room was either too cold or too warm as the HVAC went off/on. No extra blanket in room All electrical outlets were behind furniture except one by door, but then no table/counter to set an object on.

The bathroom has no fan and is very small There are no hand lotions or other small amenities Finding an outlet to plug things in was a search...oh, yes, one by the door, but table to rest the item on. We pulled a straight back chair over to the door. The curtains don't meet in the middle, so outsiders can...

Thank you for a great pet-friendly experience. Your feather bed was AMAZING. The breakfast not so good. The staff was very helpful and the room was beautiful. The heater system was very loud. Thank you.

Made a reservation and none of the rooms were near each other. Was told we would have all king beds and one room with two doubles. Hotel tried to call the day before our stay to ask if we would change the bed sizes and informed them it was my wedding day and I couldn't talk at the time. Ended...

Infrastructure is typical for a Best Western, comfortable, quiet, when we stayed attention of all personnel was beyond nice, all of them, it made it super nice. The wifi works in the lobby and if your room is too far it fades, but the lobby is beautiful with a fireplace and 2 big comfy lather couches, it was nice to...

We were coming to ski to the area and wanted to find a mid range priced hotel that was close to both ski resorts, Beech and Sugar Mountain. Usually our choice for mid range priced hotels is Hampton Inn, which never fails to please. We couldn't find a Hampton Inn in this area, so this was the only one that...

It is the olny chain hotel around , unless you drive to Boone. That being said place was clean. Friendly service. The bright side was the breakfast was much better then I expected. The attendant Mary was so nice and kept the place very clean . She even cleared your dishes when you were done. I even watched her help...

It was a good room for a fair price close to Sugar Mountain Ski resort. We only needed to stay one night and most places had a 2 night minimum. Lot of restaurants close by. We basically just crashed there after a day of skiing. Hot/cold breakfast was included and was a nice bonus.

My family and I stayed here on 1/9. It's less than five minutes to Sugar mountain which is why we stayed there. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were okay - flat screen TV, mini refrigerator and microwave - were all good. Carpet was old and worn, possibly due to the winter season....
