Our 1 bedroom apartment was fully appointed with anything we could have needed. The unit was clean and comfortable. Only drawback was that we were on the ground floor with no porch to sit and take in the view. Highly recommend!

This entire resort is completely handicapped inaccessible. The clubhouse and pool has steps to get to in including the bathrooms. There are steps to enjoy the lake, watch family play tennis, putt putt, fitness room and even get to the children's playground. There are a few condos that have a ramp entrance but there are no hand rails in the...

Our family group of 10 enjoyed our stay at the Blue Ridge Village in Banner Elk, NC. We settled comfortably into our two 2 Bedroom condos. Each condo was large and comfortable. The WiFi was a little sketchy, but this was a vacation and internet, though available, was not highly important (actually, I am writing this review while in the...

I loved this place! I will always stay here when I come to the area. Perfect location to stay for skiing or sight seeing or hiking. I wish we could have stayed longer. The condo we stayed in had everything we needed and was decorated like a cabin in the woods. Very charming! It turned out to be a great...

The condo in Blue Ridge Village was even better than expected! It was more than big enough for our family of four. The kids loved the jetted tub, the pond, and the pool. It was quiet at night (big plus). It was close to restaurants and Grandfather Mountain. We will most definitely be back again.

Stay here for a long weekend with my family of 4. One bedroom with pull out couch had plenty of room for us. Booked with Expedia and check in was quick. Indoor pool was large and the kids loved it, was a little to cold for the adults! They have a cute little putt putt course and paddle boats for...

Had no bear sightings but we were warned and did not go out at night and made sure out trash was in the dumpster before 2:30pm. Overall I had an enjoyable time at this Festiva location. Had problem with the dishwasher not working and it was fixed that day! Office staff was so very helpful with directions and any additional...

Kathy, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. In response to your comment about bears; they become more active in the spring, as they come out of hibernation. They tend to be afraid of humans, but we do like to ensure we have clear instructions to prevent unwanted interactions. Thank you for kind remarks about...

Very well kept property and lodging. Was clean and had a full kitchen with acceptable appliances. We had a two bedroom, 2 bath unit. I have been to many ski areas and I would say this is above average for the price. This would also be a nice spring, fall and/or summer spot.

Booked at this place for the 1st time and found a real gem in the mountains. Good lodging in ski areas in the east is sometimes hard to find. Spacious rooms that are nicely appointed with updated furniture, granite counters and full kitchens.
