We stayed here for a weekend ski trip. The location is good, close to town and all activities. The staff at the hotel is very friendly. Access to the rooms is very convenient, we stayed on ground level and parked our car right in front of our door. While the decor is outdated (reason why I gave it 4 stars),...

Our family has been frequenting The Thompson House for more years than we can remember. There is a charm about the whole place....a good energy. The rooms have always been well appointed with traditional decor and very clean. We have visited with small children, teenagers and other families. The range of rooms we have stayed in run from the largest...

For years we have skied Windham. I would pass the Thompson House and say to my cheap friends ... why are we always staying at these cheap hotels on the Thruway. This looks so much nicer Ahhhh thats gonna be too expensive.... John, plus we get a free breakfast out there." Well wrong on both counts... The Thompson House is...

Best thing about this hotel is not the hotel, it's the view : a snow covered golf course from the balcony, a beautiful creek from the front walkway, and especially my three favorite ski slopes of Windham Mountain from the table in the lobby. It is also a friendly, comfortable place. They were also very accommodating to us during our...

We loved our stay at the Evergreens. The people are very nice and will help you in any way they can with your ski vacation - it was our first. Our room was huge, and very well kept. Things are not brand new, but you don't get the feeling that they should be renovated soon. The continental breakfast offered is...

I picked this hotel because of its proximity to Windham mountain (my husband and I are skiers) and due to the fact that they offered deeply discounted lift tickets with a night's stay. I had seen previous reviews and since my biggest concern in any hotel is cleanliness, Evergreen was spot on! Everything was very clean and though the decor...

I've stayed at several lodgings in the Windham area and Thompson House is by far the best, It has the nicest rooms with multiple chairs/sofa (in my deluxe room) very comfy beds, multiple electric outlets for charging stuff, great lighting and nice amenities like an executive mini-fridge. Everything looks new and in great condition. There's a nice large flat screen...

Been coming to Windham Mountain with a bunch of families for over 10 years and the Thompson House has become just as much of a staple as the skiing. The rooms are always clean, the view is scenic and the proximity to the mountain and to a variety of restaurants can't be beat. Best of all, the owners of the...

This was our first ski holiday with our children. The staff was friendly and very, very helpful. The room was clean and spacious (perfect for the 4 of us) and it also had a beautiful view of the mountains. The Thompson House is also very well located: close to Windham Mountain and within walking distance of a convenience store, a...
