My husband, cat and I have had a pleasant stay due to their accommodations.... They made us feel at home..... Thank you to Malik at the front desk for being knowledgeable, helpful and hospitable. Made us feel very welcome.. I would highly recommend this place if your traveling.... Especially with Poway pets..

This guys, " Malik n Zienne " are amazing. Malik is always eager to assist with just about anything whenever he's around. Zienne, on the other hand took care of my clogged bath tub without removing the smile on his face. Kaitlyn was absolutely awesome she was the real deal and very easy to talk to i felt like I'd known her for years i will definitely be back here again this is a very clean hotel and it had everything i needed i will be recommending it to other friends and family

My family recently stayed at this hotel because we had a sporting event in the area. Malik and Zieme went above and beyond for our family and my friend's family. Had a very pleasant experience, especially with their helpful staff. In particular Zieme Capers at the front desk , who promptly helped us with our business requirements while on our trip . Could not ask for a better customer service.

I stayed at the Inn a coupled of years back when it was new and thought that it was good for the value, this time not nearly as good, the cliental has changed , it appeared to me that less business people are staying there with more in and out transients.

Attention at registration was great, room was clean and comfortable, easy access to traveling around area, and beds were nice. I would stay there again. Wish they had breakfast included because the price was high.

Malik is helpful, friendly and contributes positively to the guest experience. It is truly a pet friendly hotel (smells and all in the hallways) b but guest rooms are not carpeted so the rooms smell fresh. The other young gentleman at the front desk, not so pleasant.
