We love Rottnest and visit on a regular basis usually staying in Geordie Bay. This is the first time we have stayed at the lodge. The accommodation was as to be expected for Rottnest; simple but comfortable. But the noise from the governors bar at night kept our family awake until midnight on Friday and Saturday despite us paying a...

Hi Clair M, The Gov's Sports bar offers a range of evening entertainment throughout the week for the enjoyment of our guests including quiz nights, DJ's, Stand up Comedy and Live music. These are always very popular with our guests who do appreciate that we offer the best entertainment here on Rottnest consistently throughout the year. Regards Management

I booked into the Rottnest Lodge for two nights in November. I was travelling alone and the main purpose of my visit was to get out and tour the island taking lots of photos, so I just needed somewhere comfortable to rest my head at night and shower. The room, a basic one, did just that. It was relatively large...

I ordered the beef cheeks and it came all mashed up on top of 2 brocollini and mash. Not as flavoursome as I have had better. Lovely ambience as it's nice and quiet for conversations rather than the pub down the road.

Hi 110John110, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. Pictures and descriptions of all of our room types are available on our website and are a fair representation of all of our rooms. As noted on the website the Standard rooms do not have air-conditioning and have ceiling mounted fans. If wanting air-conditioning for your next...

So nice to spend overnight on the island. Enjoyed our stay - quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the island. Very good service - especially in the dining room. Staff go out of their way to please. Swimming pool area can be noisy if lots of children around but a lovely area to relax in.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at the Karma Rottnest Lodge in one of the "luxury suites" which means there is an extra bed and a nice little sitting area. We mostly sat on the veranda to watch the quakkas and the peacocks.. The room was comfortable and a decent mattress on the bed. The breakfast was very nice with...

Hi JBSantaCruz, Percolated coffee is available with the complimentary breakfast however we certainly provide barista made coffee to order by speaking to any of our staff in the Riva restaurant. Trivia Tuesdays is always a popular night at the Gov's Bar and we recommend coming down early to secure a table and to register a team with the Quiz master....

I paid $347 for one nights accommodation in the quad area for my family of 5. The room was dirty, there was no soap in the shower, there was half a roll of toilet paper for 5 of us, the windows leaked rain water on the floor, the room was cold and drafty and the small oil bar heater was...

We stayed at the Rottnest Lodge with our family in a room overlooking the lake. The view was great and the room comfortable and clean. We had one double bed and two singles for our teenagers. We've stayed at the Lodge a few times recently, and for Rotto it's good accommodation, very central, and sadly very expensive/way overpriced. I don't expect too much as its Rotto but this time a few things really irked me. The first day housekeeping came knocking to do our room at 4pm and we were having a rest so they left...
