This is a fantastic bed and breakfast. It is immaculate and very comfortable with access to a pool as well. There are beaches nearby and a local pub which does great food. Overall a lovely place to stay.

My family made an unplanned trip to the area for a very unexpected funeral. We were rushing and upset and were traveling with babies. Not an ideal combination! Margaret went above and beyond to help us. She welcomed us warmly upon our 1am arrival, provided a high chair for my infant son and even lent my niece a little doll...

We needed a place to stay for 1 night while visiting friends in the rockingham area, this place was perfect! Very clean and the owner is lovely! We had our own bathroom and the room was a great size. No complaints, Will definitely go back there again :)

The quality of the accommodation at Waikiki Beach B&B is really outstanding. The welcome was delightful and very friendly even though it was 8.30pm when we pitched up. We had a delightful en suite room and the communal kitchen area worked really well and there was good provision for breakfast. The whole place was spotless and could it have been...

Stayed here with a friend for two nights. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating. Comfy beds, amazing shower and resort style pool and gazebo. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Will visit again.

Travelling solo this time, I experienced a different room from my usual. Spacious and comfortable with its own bathroom, I had plenty of room to relax and it was a pleasure to return to this sanctuary after working each day. Ideal location for my needs. Always a warm welcome and great hospitality! See you in 2016!

We only needed a bed for the night so the small room was not a problem. The room was presented well with crisp sheets and modern decor. The hosts were very friendly on arrival and the community area all that we required. Would highly recommend and if we are ever in the area in summer would be a fabulous place...
