Very touristy and overpriced, first area we experienced that travelling down the west coast. We had a tent and the camping area is very small but did have some shade, toilet blocks rite next to it. If you can look past these kind of small negatives then it is still a good spot. Toilet block was always very clean, kitchen...

We really enjoyed our stay here and it was incredible to wake up in a place where dolphins would visit almost every single day. We saw so much wild life, dugongs, sea snakes, turtles, and more dolphins than I could have ever imagines. The resort here is actually very nice. The back packers on the other hand I felt was...

First we had a budget room with shared bathroom but when we saw it we immediately asked for an upgrade. For not much money at all we got a garden bungalow and we loved it! A small vacation home away from home, just a few minutes walk from the daily dolphin encounter. The encounter is done very professional and with...

Great location on the beach and loved the dolphin experience. Our room in the Dolphin Lodge was very clean and comfortable all we needed for our short stay. Communal kitchen very clean both breakfast and again at night. In fact the complex was tidy and clean. The housekeeping staff friendly.

Dolphin Lode is everything: A resort, spa, backpackers, holiday bungalow and caravan park. Depending on your preferred type of travel. The facilities are clean, there is wifi (not the best, which is understandable due to the location) and you can see dolphins swimming by. In the mornings there is even a free guided dolphin feeding session! Staff were friendly and...

I wasn't planning on staying at this hostel, as I had been sleeping in my car, but after arriving too late to see the dolphins and paying the entry fee, it actually worked out cheaper to stay for the night, rather than going back to Denham and returning in the morning. (I couldn't find a good place to camp out...

very nice spot with shaded pool, good beach, well set up bar and restaurant; very helpful and friendly permanent (facility and cleaning) staff. dolphin feeding interesting and well done due to rules and informative personnel. However, also backpackers accomodations are over-priced, we had several bed-bugs (50 % off that night and a free drink was given) and some of the...

We only spent 3 days at the lodge, on a private dorm. Pretty average room, with old sheets and urgent need for new curtains. Our room was between laundry and barbecue so quite noisy... But overall good experience, nothing differ us from guests from the so called 'resort'. Same facilities: restaurant, shops, dolphin interaction, etc. Tip: make sure you have...

“There are lots of options and often 'Hot Deals'. There are two levels for some accomodation and some rooms are more central to the bar and kitchen area than others. Pleanty of camping and motor sites, some in really lovely locations. Probably first in, first served though.”
