Came here for lunch and sat outside. Had a burger of Tresco beef, which came with cheese and other toppings. The beef was ridiculously tender and tasted better than any burger I've had, the cheese complemented it well and the chips were crispy. Following the lunch I had Troytown ice cream in a tasty waffle cone, which was divine. Was...

Stopped in for light lunch after quite a long walk. Lovely old fashioned type of pub with simpathetic style of decor. Cosy Arras for families. Good outside seating area in sun and apparently good residential area too. Great food, especially the crab sarnies.

Two friends, two double rooms with sea views and no single supplement. Wow! We did the four day deal which included air and sea transfers from Lands End. We cannot speak highly enough of the staff, food and lovely rooms. And would you believe they provided daily top ups of freshly ground coffee beans for the rooms . No instant...

I recently had a three night stay here, and found the staff very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were freshly decorated and very comfortable. Efficient transport to and from St Mary's. Good choice of food for dinner, very good breakfasts, comfortable residents lounge.

Our stay started with a friendly welcome from Katy and continued in a similar manner. We had a very comfortable room overlooking the sea. The breakfast and evening meal menu offered a good variety which was all cooked and presented well. Tresco Estate organised our transport to and from Penzance station and everyone we met was efficient and friendly. We...

A four day break here recently gave us the opportunity of exploring Tresco at a quiet time on the islands. Transportation to the islands was well organised apart from the homeward one! We were not informed until the last minute of our time of departure, as there were only bar staff available at the weekend, so no one on reception....

This 'winter warmer ' 4 night break was great for me as offers are so often based on two sharing, while this was not. I was impressed with the efficiency of the transfers from air to sea to land, and did manage a boat trip to both Bryher and St Mary's even though it was low season. My lovely bedroom,...

Our family of 6 took up the excellent offer of the New Inn 5-night Christmas Break. Unfortunately our flight was postponed due to bad weather so we arrived a day late. However, we were made very welcome, shown to our very clean and comfortable rooms and enjoyed a lovely walk around Tresco prior to a Champagne reception before dinner. The bar...

I can't recommend this pub enough. Stunning location on sunny Tresco. Fantastic beers and ciders on tap, including delectable Rattler. Very friendly staff, Katie in particular was a delight, recognising us on subsequent visits, and the bar manager who welcomed everybody by the door on Christmas Day, what service! Watch out for a game of "killer" on the pool table,...
