Stayed at Mincarlo over Easter weekend. I had a small single room at the top of the house, sold as a sea view but window was at the end of a long thin corridor, that made the view very awkward to see. There were binoculars for use but they don't work. The shower switch had been turned of by the...

Mincarlo is at the far end of Hugh Town next to the lifeboat station. It has a fabulous view overlooking the harbour. The rooms vary in size but are on suite. Room 10 which is at the top of the house is small and you have to be careful not to hit your head on the beams, but it does...

I spent six nights at the delightful Mincarlo and it was a treat from start to finish. Stunning views, very comfortable communal areas, great terrace and just the perfect place to stay. The bedrooms are comfortable, but to honest everything else is so great and there is so much to do that you're only in them to sleep! It's so...

A lovely hotel with amazing staff. Room spotlessly clean and an amazing view. If you are looking for value for money you have found it! If I find myself here in the Scilly Isles again I will be coming back.

We spent four nights at Nick and Brionys excellent bed and breakfast. Perched across the harbour from the quay its easy to spot and to walk to. A large double bay fronted house just round the corner from the lifeboat station the views from the garden are breathtaking. Comfortable, large en suite double room with wifi, tea and coffee making...

The location of Mincarlo is just fantastic. Their terrace overlooks the lovely Town beach, which is ideal for families as its a very gentle sandy slope into very clear water. A very relaxed B&B with rooms that are clean and have sea views. Breakfast is excellent and there is plenty of it. You can also dine there in the evening...

A really welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive - the owners are attentive without being-in-your-face. Fantastic views out the front across the harbour... and the breakfast ain't at all bad either. A really good location for getting down into the town.

Almost all rooms have sea view - and those who don't get a table with the best sea view at breakfast. Things are relaxed at Mincarlo, and we felt well looked after. The food is First Class and the service is impeccable. Views are gorgeous. Everything is clean.
