Hotel is very old. It needs renovation. Rooms are like as we are visiting chandani bar. With colourful bedsheet. Hotel staff were looking at us as they have not seen human beings. Rates are very high as compared to the hotel standards.

It was my official stay for a night only, room (407) was okay not good in terms of placing of it. totally corner ... Service was okay too. what i Dint like is the quality of the blanket & sheets they used. and will rate 2 out of 5 for the service quality.

My stay here was an accidental one as the the marriage I was attending, their own arrangements ran out and I had to look for a place to stay for 2 nights. This came out as a good surprise as the place has acceptable rooms with good beds giving a good sleep, the room service served good food and moreover, they also have place for drivers to rest which was an added bonus. Strategically located on Main Jalandhar road makes it easy to access most of the Major colonies of the city. I was able to negotiate a good price on my walkin so suggest you speak to them in person before finalizing.

The central location of the hotel, good ,clean rooms , tolerably good room service makes the hotel a good place just for a stay because the non-vegetarian food is not up to the mark in comparison to other places in Jalandhar. Rather the cooking is sub-standard . Service is OK . Amenities are nice . The hotel should improve the quality of food so as to be able to compete with other eating joints of the town.

stayed for one night no problems and food ok, customer service not the grates and no view of anything from room. For 3 star hotel price is good. If you are backpacker it's good hotel to stay and make sure room comes with a/c.
