We stayed at radisson jalandhar for two weeks on arrival the staff greeted us like royalty we arrived on 25 th march 2024. We arrived at 9.30 am the staff gave us breakfast on arrival free of charge they checked us in early . All staff looked after us brilliantly especially capt Rajeev,major kuldip,Vijay and all staff in Tiffany’s. Restaurant were amazing nothing was any trouble for them, food was amazing hotel was clean an very nice atmosphere buffet breakfast had continental and traditional food which was 5 star I defenetly will stay here again my kids loved the pool and the grounds surrounding the pool if u want a non hassle stay this is the place to stay I met Guggu gill the famous Indian actor he was also staying here at the hotel so would see him in the morning for breakfast 👍👌🙏 Pete uk

It was a delightful stay in this well-located property that, though thoroughly modern, has an Old World ambience and service as well as amenities that evoke the best elements (of the British Raj?) ... floor stewards, four restaurants with close attendance, a spa, a beauty and even a barber shop plus a mall next door.
Jalandhar is not to be mistaken for Mumbai (nor New York nor London, etc), but this Raddison puts a lot together in a first rate manner. Well done!!

Excellent Hotel, located at a convenient place, with good facilities. The Rooms were large and spacious, and as I understand, we were upgraded. The bathroom too was spacious, though it lacked a tub. The fixed shower-head too can be a problem if you do not wish to get your hair wet. The bathroom had a health faucet, which was helpful. The wi-fi signal was tolerable at best in the room, though in the lobby and restaurants it was good.
Both Tiffany and The Great Kabab Factory were good restaurants, especially the Great Kabab Factory, which lived up to its name of Great. We did not have a reservation, but were accommodated since we were staying in the Hotel.
Parking, though available was a problem, since cars seem to be far in excess of the space. We were offered valet parking, but, opted that our Driver park the car near his place of stay, since the Car Park was absolutely full.
Both Tiffany and The Great Kabab Factory were good restaurants, especially the Great Kabab Factory, which lived up to its name of Great. We did not have a reservation, but were accommodated since we were staying in the Hotel.

The hotel is very old and we booked it just because it's Radisson brand so we expected a 5-star experience. Also, from the booking photos, it looks very neat (don't believe them). The rooms smell of humidity and they are very dark (at least on the 5th floor). The pressure on the showers is very weak.
The housekeeping staff are very good and polite - at least something.
70% of the hotel staff doesn't whisper English (yes whisper because it's very hard to understand them even when they speak English).
We were eating only in Tiffany's restaurant in the Hotel. The food is very bad and never comes in the same shape (sometimes soup has basil, sometimes not, pizza is sometimes with olives, sometimes not, wtf). Hospitality organization is terrible. One man takes the order, then whispers it to another, then tells the other who takes that paper in the kitchen. Rich people from India definitely have an advantage when serving. As soon as there are more than 10 people everybody gets panicked and everything is late. One night we waited for 2 whiskies and 1 gin for 40 minutes, and the staff recommended the Indian whisky Rampur, but they didn't bring it. We quit and go upstairs to the bar to take those drinks for ourselves, and the same staff works at the bar also.
The prices are expressed without taxes and some added taxes (it doesn't say on the receipt). The pizza is 9.7 euros but it's 12.5 when you need to pay for it. The prices are too high for quality because the food is not fresh.
Wellness actually doesn't exist. The massage room is at the end of the men's locker room (for women is very uncomfortable to go). One man does the massage, pedicure, manicure, oil massage, and everything that the hotel offers and he doesn't speak English at all.
Isolation in the hotel is very bad you can hear voices and chairs moving from other rooms.
Inclusive, the hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars, we will never go back and we wouldn't recommend anyone who is from Europe to go here.

Having stayed here previously as a large group we knew what to expect and we were not disappointed. The hotel is the perfect place to stay, and the management staff (especially Sanjay) are all so attentive to the needs of the customer that it feels like being at home. The hotel has an atmosphere that just makes you feel comfortable, and you just do not want to leave at the end of your stay. A special thanks to Vishal who was our waiter in the restaurant most evenings and mornings and after the first day knew exactly what we were going to have and made sure all the food and drink arrived promptly. Other hotels could learn how to make the customer feel special by sending their staff to stay at this hotel and learn from them. We enjoyed our stay here, because the rooms were very comfortable, the staff polite and helpful and the restaurant was excellent with very varied choices. Unfortunately there was some noisy building work going on in the room next to ours, even in the night. As the hotel was not full, we ask ourselves why clients were put next to such noise. A shame which spoilt the good feeling we had on our arrival.

The staff is polite, the food is good. There are many different services: a parikhmakherskaya, a swimming pool, a sauna, a gym, as well as various rooms for receiving guests. Everything is super!!! All the problems that arise are solved very quickly. A large selection of different rooms. The design of the hotel was also impressive, real paintings, tables made of stone and wood. Autumn is beautiful.

Terrible experience would be how I would describe our two week stay.
We have been regular customers at your Jalandhar hotel since 2005. This year was our worst experience and has made us rethink about our next vacation at your hotel.
We booked four rooms as our children and family accompanied us on our most recent visit. Three of the rooms were perfectly suitable except for the stale smell in the rooms.
We forwarded numerous complaints about issues with our room 310. In the entrance of the room there was continuous dripping of water from the ceiling resulting in the light also not functioning. It was repeatedly resolved for a few hours then the same problem would occur. On one occasion I slipped twisting my knee leaving me uncomfortable for the rest of his duration. I even attended the massage parlour to try and resolve the pain.
As we regularly visit Jalandhar on business, we decided to take the opportunity of using the meeting room. On both occasions we booked via reception and at no point did your staff or management explain that after ½ hour we would be charged, we told it was complimentary. On checkout, you can imagine our reaction to be informed that there was a 6000 rupee charge.
We explained to your staff that we had not been informed and your front desk manager accused us of using the meeting room every day without any evidence. He also stated that the charges were clearly displayed in the meeting room.
We asked your manger to show us where the charges were displayed and on then visiting the meeting room was not able to identify the notice as they did not exist

We arrived before 12pm we could have a room straight away instead of just dropping the bags in the luggage area. Reception staff was very nice and friendly. Hotel was nice, room was clean and big enough, space for luggage,tea, coffee offered everyday. Very nice staff and hotel
