This was more like an old friend coming home than visiting a hotel walking in I was unable to get my bag from the rikshaw the security was there smiling and genuinely happy at my arrival the greeting from the assistant Manager was all hugs and not a handshake in sight. the room was large enough for ballroom Dancing and well-furnished comfortable and clean I slept like a baby and check out was efficient
there are rooms that are sold as delux these are newly refurbished and excellent to the standard of a five star. the breakfast is complimentary and is good with the highest standards of service. The bar is very reasonably priced and the staff help-full I am running out of good things to say but feel I should have said more, this is a great hotel at a budget price just book it and enjoy

Best hotel in the heart of city. Good is good rooms are spacious and clean.. Hotel is following all Covid norms and safety measures. Staff is corporative. I really enjoy staying in this hotel. Special mention to General Manager Winson who take care of the property very well.

I spent 7 days at Hotel Residency while we attended a wedding. Although I did face a few issues with the hotel related to rooms in the beginning, the hotel staff made up for it. The front office manager Shiv Gupta was always helpful and did everything possible to keep us happy during our stay. He was very accommodating to all of our needs and since we were such a big group we had a lot of needs. We ate the the Yellow Chilli which is the restaurant inside the hotel daily. The hotel staff were always very friendly and professional. The food was delicious and fresh. The Singapore noodles were my favorite. The hotel location is also very convenient and we always felt safe leaving our hotel. Thank you to all of the staff at Hotel Residency especially Shiv for making our stay memorable.

I would say no to this hotel and i would not even recommend this hotel to anyone. I was due to check in at 12:00 PM and the ro was available with no facility in it even the socket point was not there. Television wasn't working, there was no table beside the bed like they had to put that table next to the bed.
It took them atleast 4 hours so i checked in around 4PM which is not a good experience at all.
So overall a very bad experience. Please try to avoid this hotel.

Booked this room over the phone and landed there. The front office staff was not at all helpful. Just to be on sage side asked Him if the rooms would be clean and he said they are not sure and cannot guarantee on the hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms. Bit weird. Finally the manager on duty came and said the same thing, I told them why not give proper information during the booking time when I specifically asked about the cleanlines. The manager started shouting and yelling and also using swear words. Was so disgusted with them that just left the property and checked in other place.
Guys please don't go there and there is also huge construction work going accross the property so overall the property is very messy and not worth wasting your time.

This was my 2nd stay at Hotel Residency & again was overwhelmed by your hospitality. Everything was well organized as usual by hotel staff. I cudnt even need to ask or order anything....its like home away from from, where you get everything. Hotel Residency is one of the best hotel in jalandhar. Food, service, staff, every thing absolute excellent. At the time of check in a warm welcome with cute smile of staff on reception won my heart. The taking way, salesmenship of front desk staff was so good. While going to hotel I was scared by seeing road as that was under construction but after entering in hotel and by meeting with staff really was so amazing and was surprised by seeing services as compared to five star services. I tried Veg platter from there Yellow Chilli restaurant its was so delecious n yummy that I tried next day also. There special dish LALA MUSA DAL was also so nice and presentation was so Gud. Whenever I will visit jalandhar I will stay at same hotel and will recommend to others.

Extremely thanks full to entire hotel residency team once again. I am a frequent traveler and whenever I visit jalandhar I was staying some where else but from my last two three visit I am staying at hotel Residency. I never feel that I am away from home as so helpful staff with friendly nature. Excellent delicious food, superb service. I would recommend to all for hotel Residency. Staff is very honest and loyal.

I had stayed with my family at Residency Hotel last month & it was wonderful & comfortable hotel, i have ever stayed in. I would like to thanks Mr. Shivashish Gupta who has helped us alot during our trip..Food & atmosphere was tooo Good..

This is a budget hotel walkable distance to bus stand. Room is big. Rest room is not well maintained. Hot and cold water available. A/c functions. Very limited food variety.
Stayed on a business trip. Reached at mid night without much of choice and left in the morning. Don't expect much.

Yes. Very good place for short stay. Breakfast is good and complimentary. 01,02 rooms on all floors are executive ones. Larger in size with wooden flooring. Bath-tub is there in all rooms.I will recommend you 303 and 403 rooms. Larger, well lit.If yoy need cozier rooms,04,05,06,07 rooms on all floors are good. Enjoy
