Fantastic hotel. The staff were very friendly from the valet outside, to the ladies in reception…the cleaning staff to the amazing restaurant workers..everybody made us feel welcome and always greeted us with a smile. I first stayed here with my family in April as we arrived from the UK for my wedding. I stayed here with my wife on our wedding night and for a few days after and returned again in may. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with a great working shower which had good pressure. The tv in the room played a few English channels showing movies which was good. The restaurant downstairs was superb. I was eating rest paroteh everyday along with my eggs cooked fresh to order. The service was exceptional. There is a gym across the street which charges around £5 pounds per day with all the best equipment to get a real good workout in. There is a KFC below the gym for a cheeky cheat meal. If you download Zomato (food app) they will deliver right to the hotel with a lot of great choices. The food itself in the restaurant located inside the hotel is amazing. Wether you fancy traditional Indian non veg and veg, western, Thai or Chinese..there is something for all. The attention to the detail is incredible and the staff go along way to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations. I will be staying here for all future visits. Thank you to all the staff!

This is my 1st time staying at the Ramada Wyndham with my elderly mother and must say was impressed with the service from the Balraj, his communication and assistance in arranging things is comforting and his style manages to trickle through to all the staff, the rooms are fine for Jalandhar perhaps a little small but we did fit 3 people in their no problem, they/he got the room cleaned everyday and the rug as we have dust allergies and one of us has severe asthma which I appreciate.
In fact I rate this better than the other Ramada and even the Radisson as this is more to a quainter building it's more closer to Model town and the large Mall is around the corner.
Breakfast has a great selection and it's not to crowded the staff there again are wonderful in terms of making things fresh, the restaurant is also very nice for lunch and dinner too and offers an extensive of selection on their menu.
In fact I am staying here currently for approx 2 weeks and will definitely be staying here again in the latter part of this year. What makes this place is the genuine Hospitality and service from the staff it's not over bearing and it's not rude either a simple smile is a thousand positive words.
The rooms and carpet are perfect for the price points one pays. My only cons is the lift is a little slow apart from that these chaps and chapess' have hit the ball out of the park.

I have been to many hotels but I can say that the service of the staff over here is far much better than others. Although the hotel looks quiet shabby now but the staff is doing it's best to maintain the things. Front office staff is understanding and housekeeping staff is putting their efforts to maintain the things. Haven't used much of the restaurant but the breakfast is decent. Overall a good stay for short period.

My Husband & I stay at hotels all over the world as we love travelling. However this Hotel that we are currently staying does not have any idea about the protocol for sanitisation. I walked into our double guest room and saw the bed frame full of dust. The furniture was old and very tatty… definitely needs to be replaced. The bathroom stank of a dead rat. The water glass was kept in a dusty corner on an even dustier table mat. The draws and cupboards were dirty and full of dust. The rug looks like it hasn’t been washed for ages it looks disgusting in colour. the taps in the bathroom are mouldy there is mould where you shower the glass mirror is fully stained the hangers are barely hanging. The teas made us loaded with dust. When I lifted it. It had severe amounts of dust under it.
The chair and the table in the bedroom with dusty and the handles of the chair has mould in it the table was stained quite badly Like the previous guests have probably dropped something on it and nobody cares to clean it for the new occupants.
I could go on and on at the atrocities I had to face of staying at the hotel unfortunately we had paid upfront and therefore could not change hotels.
Moving on I went down to the restaurant while my husband went to do some work. I was the only one at the table in fact I was the only one in the whole restaurant at the hotel. I ordered soup and sandwiches and it took them the best part of half an hour to produce either when it did arrive it tasted awful.
It’s sad that I have to give one star to write a review I would have light to not give any stars at all.
I would not recommend anybody to waste their money or time sorting out this hotel for their holidays or work or any other reason they might need to come to Jalandhar. I’m posting a couple of photos. And these are after they said they had cleaned the room ðŸ¤

Mattress are extremely soft, got severe back pain after that. Food doesn't taste good. Windows are closed, feels suffocating at times. Receptionists are supporting Servicing is good Ambience of room is good but they must install some lights infront of mirrors so that the other person can see there face properly.

Ramada Encore is a wonderful property in the Civil Lines area. It’s very good, in terms of the rooms, the upkeep, the service and the facilities. The front office staff is warm and friendly, and one feels welcome! The breakfast has a distinct Punjabi tilt, but they do have a live counter where one an order egg or dosas. Would recommend this place.

The staff are what make this hotel excellent. So helpful, from making travel arrangements for us, to calling our next hotel to make sure they had received our payment.
The rooms are really well appointed, with all the usual amenities that you would expect for a good hotel. The slippers and robe were a really nice touch. The mattress was so comfortable, and we had the best sleep we’ve had across our entire trip throughout India.
The breakfast buffet was good, and a special mention to the chef and restaurant dining manager, who were so kind to us. We were both under the weather with a cold that had been doing the rounds in India. So the chef made us ginger, honey and black pepper shots, and even sent us on our way with a little bottle of the concoction for the next week of our travels. He also accommodated a request for semiya, which wasn’t on the menu but, something we both really enjoy. Very kind indeed and we were very appreciative.

I went on a solo trip and stayed in this property for two days. I was in love with the fact that the staff was so courteous and professional and made me feel comfortable at all times. The in-room dining experience was excellent and the food was too delicious. they had an elaborate breakfast menu which had millets uttapam which was an instant hit. the staff in the restaurant during morning breakfast were just too good especially Ram, Bharat, Lovepreet, Schin and not to forget the Chef Manjeet. a big kudos to the team of Ramada for making my trip a memorable one.

I stayed at Ramada Encore in May 22 and had a very pleasant experience, The staff were very friendly, professional and would look to assist when possible. The food was great and also enjoyed by some local friends I invited for an evening meal. This hotel is one I would look to use on my next trip to Jalandhar as it has a great location (for me) as well.
