Rooms are spacious and cleaned, all of the staff members are very helpful and one of the most helpful member we met was Mr. Navneet from the housekeeping department. He was very helpful during our stay and make our stay more memorable. Thanks to the Best Western team for making us feel like home.

Because of my previous stay at this hotel the experience of which is mentioned here also, I booked this same hotel for my recent visit. I am pleased to note that the hotel is very much the same in terms of service and food is also consistent with my previous experience. My experience during 2018: Due to our project in Jalandhar, we had to stay in the hotel for long durations at a stretch during March 2018 to October 2018. As we were staying for long stretches, we often requested food prepared like home style and the request was promptly acknowledged and our team felt happy. The staff at all sections (reception, housekeeping and F&B service) was excellent and overall experience of ours was pleasant. Only hitch was the cooling effect of central AC. Food taste is also good.

Stayed here for 3 days with around 70 friends and relatives for a wedding function. Right from the first minute we checked in till the time we checked out, wonderful hospitality, food, rooms etc. you get more than what you expect. Special thanks to Mr Akash Dohru and his team for making all of us feel at home. Highly recommended to everyone who plans a stay in Jalandhar.

Quick business trip to Jalandhar. Booked this hotel on MMT for a great price of Rs. 2500/- all inclusive with breakfast. So price was really good. Clean rooms (which is a rarity in present times), courteous staff. Food was average but service was quick.

I liked the bedding the way housekeeping team made bed a wrinkle free and neat. I just want to thank the staff for there service. Thank you, me and my family are definitely coming back! Special thanks to the Housekeeping associate Ms. Manisha, she helped us a lot during the stay, she greets with a smile which makes our stay more comfortable & trusted during this pandemic.
