My husband and I arrived the evening of July 12th. The employee at the desk was friendly. We were given a non-smoking Superior 2 queen beds with a microwave and refrigerator and expanded cable. We asked for first floor and were able to park right outside our door. The room was very clean. The floor looked like new vinyl planking. The next morning there was a free continental breakfast with the usual items and a waffle maker which was fun. There were several tables. We spoke with the friendly manager as we were leaving. He told us the hotel had been newly remodeled. The landscaping also looked fresh. Overall pleasant stay and the price was right.
This hotel has been renovated within the last month. The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable. Front desk woman was very nice and helpful. Breakfast available too. We would come back here! (Transparency- we always stayed at Red Roof Inn Utica but it is terrible now. Checked into Red Rood Inn Syracuse and it was so vile we checked right back out. Thrilled to have found this one!)
This hotel has great quality for being a chain hotel in a rural area. This is probably among the best hotels I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at some really good high quality hotels over the years particularly when I would go down the Jersey Shore annually as a kid. This is the place to go if you're looking for quality in the outer Finger Lakes suburbs/exurbs of Syracuse.
The tubs the carpets the everything - they need to start over. the room had a terrible smell you could smell coming up the stairs. It was putrid. I could not stay one night in the room without wanting to throw up.
my brother and nephew and just stayed there for sterling ren festival. Have not ran into such a pleasant manager in i don't know how long. everything was in tip top shape. i decided i wanted second floor and it was no problem very accommodating.we will definitely stay again. Thanks Tim for all you did.
My husband and I stayed here because we had a very long drive we wanted to cut into smaller segments. The front desk attendant was very nice and friendly. The room was spacious, the bed was large and the bathroom was clean. There was a mini-fridge and a tv - great!
This is a very comfortable, clean, quiet hotel. We stayed on second floor (no elevator) and rooms had everything you want. The proprietor was on site and very very helpful - he showed us to a secure ground floor storage room for our bicycles (we were biking through on the Erie Canal) There was even a basic continental breakfast in the morning, first I've had since before the pandemic Front desk staff very friendly and helpful both in evening and morning Very convenient to interstate.
Handicap Room was clean as was the bathroom. Rooms smelled clean. Everything worked like it was supposed to work; heat, lights, tv, remote. Bed was comfortable and linens were crisp and clean. Easy access from I-state. Parking area was well-lit. Quiet and felt safe. Good rates, very efficient and nice staff on check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.
Room was modern and clean. Carpet appeared to be fairly new. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. Had a great nights sleep. Everything worked as expected. Staff were wonderful! Will stay again. I am a motel snob and it met my standards.
Crappy, took a shower and the stem set off the smoke alarm in the other room, causing us to have the worst night ever. The staff took it down and the two nights we was there didnt have a smoke alarm in our room.
