The food it's outstanding, the restaurant has an amazing view of the waterfall and it has exotic main dishes, like deer, rabbit, between others. There's a natural swimming pool of 3 mt deep, with wather from Laja river, it's the perfect place to chill and enjoy nature. It has a golf field and acces to the river. Also there're wild...

Basic clean hotel with very friendly staff. Great view of salto 2 and a short walk into town to see salto 1. Dinner is in the restaurant by the entry gate, a real surprise; good tasty food with game on the menu. Worth walking around the running track to see the lamas, deer and salto 3 plus see the river...

Older hotel at the waterfall. Lodging is dated, but really just fine, lots of wood, larger rooms, decent beds and shower, view of falls is excellent. The interaction by staff with north Americans compared with Chileans is dramatically different here, leaving the impression they just wish you would go away. Have spent 2 months travelling from the far north to...

If you know what to expect, this is a good hotel. It has an easily accessible location, with fabulous and private views of the waterfalls. Our view was straight onto the falls.... Gorgeous! When we visited, there were two pools, a nice outdoor pool and a natural pool, however I wouldn't recommend using the golf course unless you like playing...

To start with the pro's: The setting in the very proximity of the falls is spectacular some of the falls are only visible from the hotel grounds! On a travel from north to south or vice versa the location is an ideal place for rest. Unfortunatly there are a lot of con's: The complex is so much outdated and worn...

Traveling out of season allowed us to secure a suite overlooking the Salto Chico Falls at a great nightly rate. The perfect weather with sun shining through the falls and creating a perfect rainbow set the scene for a good stay. The cabanas are getting a little dated but are large and spacious with small deck area (shared with joining...

This is a great stop-over when traveling from Puerto Montt or somewhere around to Santiago, because it cuts the trip sort of in half. Although the hotel itself is nothing exceptional, the rooms are very big, pricing is fair and since the highway now bypasses the location by a few miles, it is very quiet at night. Still, for us,...

We had one night here stopping off on our road trip before driving on to Pucón – we should have kept on driving. Let us do the plus side first. The hotel is cabin style (it would be a motel in the US), and you can drive your car right up to your room. The bedroom was large with a...

The hotel has a number of cabins which directly face the falls and a very short walk will take you even dangerously close to the edge. The ground can be swampy in parts after rain so be careful where you step or your shoes will sink into smelly terrain. The cabins probably have been around for many years with little sign...

The rear of the rooms and cabins of this hotel/restaurant face magnificent waterfalls. What could be more romantic or beautiful than this? The rooms are spotless with wooden floors and are very pleasantly furnished. The restaurant was good by Chilean standards. The wine list was fine. A very nice spot for a day or so to appreciate was nature has...
