I am used to a 5* or at the least a 4* Hotel. Call me spoiled. The rooms themselves were very nice and maid service went beyond caring even with a language barrier. The lobby and rest of the hotel are in need of TLC. We were not felt welcome even at check in. It is dirty, it is not...

We been at this hotel for 3 nights during Pesach with our 2 years old child. Had the best days here. Room kept with love in every detail, nice bathroom with great shower with good pressure and temperature. Big dinning room with excellent quality of food, specially at lunch and dinner. Breakfast was not wow, but we understand it as...

The hotel was right on the sea which is why we choose it. We had been advised to stay at the Daniel Hotel but it was across the street from the sea so we opted for the Leonardo. It was a mistake. The hotel was dirty, the elevators didn't work (luckily we were on the first floor) and there was...

I cannot even begin to tell you how horrendous is this ridiculously overpriced joke of a hotel. Dirty, worst service ever, falling to pieces. I mean it's extraordinary that this place isn't shut down. I have been taken for a ride. Please avoid this place at all costs. It's the stuff of holiday nightmares! Honest ratings would be on the...

I can safely say I have stayed in hundreds of hotels world wide and none have been as poor value for money as the catastrophic Leonardo Club Dead Sea. The sour faces begin before you have got through the door with the people manning the desk outside. Not so much as welcome as "what the h*ll do you want?". They...

Travelled to the Dead Sea with a party of adults, teenagers and children for a big birthday. I have stayed at the Dead Sea a number of times while in Israel but this hotel proved to be one of the best. We were given a free gift on arrival. It was my husbands birthday and champagne and fruit were sent...

The hotel standards in Israel are very high giving good value for the money. However we were very disappointed in our stay at the Leonardo Club Hotel. We stayed in the hotel for two nights. The check in was an hour and half late but we received compensation with a later check out time. The room was clean but only...

A great place to spend a day at the Dead Sea with easy access to the sea, the spa, and the pools. Lunch, late afternoon coffee and sweets were included in the day rate and with towels and easy use of the facilioteoies, a good value for a day trip, even on Shabbat.
