Dead sea is really fantastic. We were 2 days after hard and nervous work in previous days and relaxed here. The hotel has good location, the room is large, service is normal but restaurant was below average. I don't like buffet restaurants. If hotel offered other restaurant as alternative, it will be more better for all guests. The clearnness of...

Our large suite room had a beautiful outdoor space and lovely view. However the room looks old and rundown. The hairdryer is old fashion. The bathrooom shower curtain was dirty. We were disappointed with the service at the front desk and restaurant. And although there is supposed to be free wifi it does not work well - Rather spotty. But...

This was a luxurious stay at reasonable prices. The food was very good to excellent. The room was of good size with a beautiful view of the pool and the Dead Sea. And the spa was of top quality with a salt water pool, jaquzzi, steam and dry sauna. A most relaxing place to spend a few days. My only...

The rooms and the amenities were O.K. the food was medium for 5 star hotel. but the stuff was awful. My wife during the breakfast went to bring a an apple , she felt on the floor (she encounter the corner of the carpet that wasn't glue to the floor), she was sure that she broke something and couldn't stand...

The rooms are big, there is a small balcony, all the rooms have a dead sea view. The hotel has a private beach just across the road with parasolls and beds free for the hotel guests. We've paid for 4 nights half board basis 3500 nis, this price was a discount on isrotel website for isrotel club members but usually...

Hotel is not new and you could see that. But it is reasonable clean. It is not a cheap place to stay. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. Room is a good size. Breakfast buffet had a good choices. Would be good to see service improvement by the bar and restaurant staff.

My wife and I went with another couple for a four day vacation, near the end of April. We stayed in Moab rooms which were nice, and we enjoyed the ability to use the lounge to have coffee and snack during the day. The service was good, as was the food. We did have one problem on arrival in that...

Our room was large with a king size bed, couch, table, chair, big closet, etc. Very comfortable. There were robes in the room, which many people wear over swim suits to walk to the Dead Sea, which is very near. We had a view of the Dead Sea from our room. Free internet worked fine. The outdoor pool water was too...

Isrotel is a true 5-star hotel, at least by Israel tourist standards. Very nice, great beach, excellent spa, friendly and competent staff, excellent breakfast and dinner buffets. Wireless Internet was swift and dependable. Just a small notch down and a bit more friendly to the checking account is the sister (maybe niece) hotel: Isrotel Ganim. Can't go wrong with either.
