Everything in this hotel is below standard, except for the price. The staff is rude and unhelpful, the extra bed was not made, the toilet wouldn't flush, the security box was not working and the pool was full of sand. On top of this the hotel is not that close to the beach, which means you have to walk in...

I have already written that the hotel is very beautiful. The internal design is the most beautiful among the Dead Sea hotels. Now we enjoyed our stay more than in November. The food was delicious and in great variety, the maintenance was better, the staff was nice. This time we made use of the swimming pool, which was lovely, and...

I loved this hotel. It is a short walk to the dead sea. I used its spa and I loved it. I had my first pedicure with the live fish. Not an experience for everyone, but I loved it. My massage was great. The buffet was ok, nothing to complain about. I stayed in the suite on the last floor...

On 21st April we had booked 3 rooms and arrived between 5 & 6 pm. Our double room was tatty - one bed light was missing, an electrical plug wasn't working, the carpet needed cleaning, the seat of my shorts got covered in dust as the chairs on the veranda were covered in dust, the TV was poorly fitted, and...

This was our sixth vacation at this hotel and for the most part we had a wonderful time. The views from the room are spectacular, the food was superb and the fasciIties are excellent. We were disappointed that the new management has severely curtailed the nightly entertainment (which served as an important incentive for us to keep returning) and we...

Have been staying in this hotel for 15 years. Recent change of ownership / management is a complete disaster. Apart from the food which improved from the best, everything is going down. Rooms are not made with green light aka Please Make the Room for 6 hours everyday, when they finally make it, the bed is poorly done and a...

It is a lovely hotel, very popular in fact was absolutely full when we were there, and has very good facilities and excellent views both at the front and the back of the hotel. Many of our friends have previously stayed here so we decided to choose this hotel. When we tried to book the man on reservations said it...

When we arrived to the hotel the front desk was very accommodating I forgot her name , she asked us to wait an hour to our room to be ready , when we get back I asked if our room is ready , we waited a few minutes and I requested the room should be the view of the sea...

Unimaginable. Coming from Belgium, I'd say less than 2 stars. Dirty towels are picked up from the floor, folded and put back as 'clean'. That is if the room is being 'cleaned'. Once a few cleaners were chatting on our floor and when I asked them to clean our room they replied: Sorry it's after 2 pm, we don't clean...

We've stayed in the hotel during the Passover week. Although there were way over 1000 guests, with many many children around, we did not feel too crowded due to the spacious public areas, pools beach and spa. Food was very good, plenty and diverse, although the buffets ran out of some items here and there. However, in terms of maintenance,...
