We stayed one night with couple of friends The location is very nice in the middle of a desert but the rooms are small, the shower is too small with a plastic curtain and the shower room is tiny, so is the bath room. The breakfast nice but not more, too expensive

I stayed at the "Vered Hamidbar mini suite". NOTE: The images on the ordering web site do not always match the actual rooms... For 512 nis for two, you get a compact functional air-conditioned double room, a lounge with two folding couch/beds, a shaded terrace, bathe/shower/toilet room and a tiny kitchenette. It is clean but the air-condition temperature could not...

Nice and quiet, small accommodations and in Nov there is biting bugs. The beds are the smallest I have ever seen. I stand 6"10" and that was one bad night of sleep. Food was fair and plenty. Barely had hot water and a bit of a walk to the Dead Sea. The beach for the Dead Sea in on a...

Old fashioned tatty rooms, wildly overpriced. Very poor food. Ghastly Dead Sea Beach. Quite the worst place we have been at for decades. I would not normally write a review like this, and in fact hate doing so, but there are almost no redeeming features, particularly at the prices we paid. Many great places to stay in Israel, but this...

This is very uncommon for me to leave these kind of reviews, but the service and hospitality was so horrible I had to post a review to warn others of this unfriendly place to tourist. I booked 2 rooms, which I have to say they where pretty inside but so far from everything that its pointless. the receptionist and front...

The second we walked in there was rudeness at the front desk. We asked them to see if tourists have a tax discount like all the other hotels we visited in Israel, and at that specific moment they told us we have to pay more because we are tourists and tourists have diffrent price (higher). I am in shock to...

We came because the price was approximately half of a hotel, but not very cheap, about 100 euro including breakfast. ACCOMMODATION: there are units with a very tiny bedroom. The patio with chairs and a nice grass patch outside kind of makes up for it. The unit looks very outdated and in bad need of a paint job. The bathroom...

The rooms at the Kalia Guest House are fine for a family get together, especially since every set of rooms shares a yard and it's easy to move porch tables/chairs as needed. The rooms comfortably sleep 4 persons (two in the bedroom and two in the living room. There are no hot plates for heating food, but there is a...

Great location for Qumran and to experience kibbutz life, though other kibbutz certainly do it better. The restaurant is the biggest let down and more like a school canteen with no atmosphere or personality. The bar is OK but a long way off and next to the stables which isnt the best smell to aid relaxcation! Rooms are well appointed with...
