We stayed two nights at Seneca Lodge. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We ate dinner in the lodge and the food was good. We had breakfast there also and the food was definitely a great value. Service was also good and the meals. The Bar Room is very cool but the service...

After the less than glowing reviews on this site we approached our weekend with some trepidation. The site of the old cabins as we drove in the entrance only served to confirm our apprehension. As it turned out our fears were vanquished with the luck of the draw of the newly constructed cabins on the Southeast corner of he property....

We checked out one of the motel rooms and we would not stay in the motel section as the room we viewed had a very 1970s feel and smelled musty. Then we checked out the cabins and they were basic (no tv) but new which turned out to be a bad thing. Bad because they are so new the wood...

We stayed 3 nights in the motel. Pros: Very friendly staff and bartenders Very clean despite the room needing updating Very close to area attractions Deer every night about 15 ft away grazing Cons: Really uncomfortable bed and pillows No shampoo in the shower For $100 per night we may look into other options for next time. If I could...

They have motels and cabins. We chose the overpriced moteI. It had a very bad, strong odor, like varnish. Needed updating. Bed was hard and lumpy and pillows were hard. No box of tissues or toiletries (except soap) in the room. No deadbolt on the door. There was no clock in the room. There was only 1 washcloth in the...

Some of the cabins here are quite rustic and not updated. We stayed in one of the motel units which was updated and very clean with comfortable beds. The bar and dining hall here are truly great. Places like this really don't exist anymore. You must experience it. Can't wait to return.

I've stayed at the Seneca Lodge about 10 times and can offer a balanced view. Pros: - cool restaurant with good food, in particular prime rib on Fri-Sat-Sun - bar is a treasure trove...a must see for any racing enthusiast, plus Labatts Blue on tap - rates are fine - clean - nice staff - ample parking for trailers if...

Seneca Lodge is an adorable clean lodge on the wine trail of the finger lakes . Everything is clean but extremly modest - bring your own pillows - pack a few extra blankets ..but clean and very pretty surroundings . Check in is alitlle rough and gruff - not so friendly - however go in expecting a lodge in beautiful...

We were lucky enough to get an A-Frame lodge for our stay. It was immaculate, comfortable and a great spot to retreat to after a day on the wine trails. To our delight, a woodpecker would come knocking just outside our bedroom window in the morning. Watkins Glen State Park was just steps away (a must see), the restaurant and...
