There is nothing to complain about from my stay at the Queen Elizabeth Bush Camp. The camp is located right in the parking making it easy to get an early start on the game drives. The rooms are simple, but clean. The outdoor shower makes for a unique memorable experience. Our meals were nice, especially the four course dinners. I...

Staying at the Bush Lodge was such a memorable experience! We stayed in a banda, and from our front porch we could sit and watch hippos in the Kazinga Channel. We also woke up in the middle of the night to a hippo walking right past our tent. So cool and an amazing view. The bandas come with an eco...

My husband and I spent a few nights here, thanks to our safari company, Active African Vacations!. We were very pleased with the accommodations. First of all, we prefer tented camping when on safari, for us, part of the thrill is NOT being in a hotel room (which you could find in Vienna or LA) but in a tent, with...

The meals were outstanding. Great presentation and very tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cabins were good, spacious, clean. I left the screened window blinds open to hear the frogs and crickets and hippos all night, very peaceful place. Toilet in in the cabin but the shower and sink outside.

Beautifully set up, feels a lot more expensive than it was. Excellent customer service and food was great, great choice of breakfasts and a 4 course meal every evening. Decent wine too! The tents and lodges are right in the thick of the wild life and you can regularly see hippos and forest hogs wandering around! (Staff are always on...

We loved our two night stay here - the facilities are slightly basic but all part of the experience.. but the location was wonderful - we watched over 30 elephants at a time drinking, spraying and bathing from our balcony.. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable.. Sad to leave, but lots of great...

Excellent service from all of the staff, good al fresco meals with the sounds of wildlife around you. Sleep knowing hippos might be roaming the grounds in the wee hours. I stumbled out of my tent around 4 a.m. towards the bathroom; my bleary vision gave way to utter shock as I surprised a hippo on the grass beside the...

Stayed there for three nights in January in the tent which was a little bit outside the camp. You have to get someone to escort you when it was dark, though I´m not quite sure what does it help to have there one person more if some wild animal desides to attack. Sure it improves you odds to survive ;...

Stayed just one night in this lodge with nice common area facilities. Animals(hippos for example) roam through the camp at night and after dark one needs an escort from the dining area to one's cabin. There was at least one critter walking on the roof of my cabin at night which my guide assumed to be a genet or other...

This lodge has a number of room options. We stayed in a self contained tent rightin the bush and a five minute walk from the main lodge. We loved it because it was so private and looked over a valley and the bush. We had a sitting area where we could relax and watch the birds and spot animals across...
