We camped for one night at Lake Chahafi Resort and were happy to leave in the morning. At $8 per person with our own tent it was considerably more expensive than other places we'd visited (we declined the extra $4 per person for breakfast - also expensive for what they offered). There was no running water on arrival and we...

My boyfriend and I spent an awesome time at Lake Chahafi Resort. We stayed in the dorm which was clean and had comfortable beds, it's basic but we had all we needed: a warm shower, clean toilettes and the possibility of having delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The resort offers a wide range of activities. We did guided...

We spent two days at Lake Chahafi Resort, and it was great to experience a side of Uganda that is usually hard to reach when travelling for a few weeks. Walking through the country side, exploring the area with locals and climbing hills with great views on the lake and volcano was defenitely one of the nicest walk of our...

When I visited last year in October, I was taken aback by the breathtaking natural beauty of this place. This time around, to add on the magnificent view of the majestic Mt Muhabura, the beautiful Lake view front, the birds and the continental meals, were 2 spacious deluxe cabins that were erected. My 3 day weekend stay was as expected...

The resort is located 11km off kisoro town. It has a beautiful scenery as it is adjacent lake chahafi and great view of the muhavura mountain. Peaceful ambience and for bird watchers there are lots of birds in the area. The management and staff are polite, inviting, motivated and highly hospitable and went overboard to ensure that your stay here...
