Very Friendly staff. A budget friendly hotel. Its close to the beach. The rooms are Spacious and clean. I had a bit of problem with the water leakage in the toilets and some rooms couldn't lock well. I'd recommend this hotel to a traveler with a group of friends it will be worth your time here.

This place has a good location and it is ok to stay overnight. Also the breakfast is ok. But the rooms are not clean, actually those are the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. The shower was not cleaned for a while. Otherwise the stuff is friendly.

We were a walk in and I think if I had read the reviews I would not have stayed here. It is at the cheaper end of the scale and as such expectations should not be high. The room we had was ok but toilet was a challenge and just functioned. Shower just worked. The air con was the saving grace as was the cheerful staff, John in particular. This place is a cheap roof over your head in the middle of a very popular area. They could do better with a little more maintenance.

We found the hotel owners to be very friendly, happy to recommend restaurants etc. The breakfast was very nice, big portions with lots of fruit eaten with the other guests. The rooms were pretty nice, very spacious but not spotless. The water seemed to be a sporadic problem and the shower was never hot. Water leaked from the toilet system when it flushed and didn't drain properly from the shower. For a hotel, we felt quite awkward asking for our room to be cleaned, and it seemed that you had to ask otherwise it would not be done. In fact we stopped asking to avoid awkwardness! The beds were comfortable and large, a few holes in the mosquito net but a pretty good fan. We'd stay here again.

Bad experience, go anywhere else. They sell you the room at a discount since low season, then late in the evening tell you to pay more or they will kick you out. Avoid the like the plague they are. No water at all until you have to ask for it. Super hot rooms as well.
