This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed the staff was incredibly rude and not at are service when we needed to ask someone something we waited 10/15 pushing the front desk bell then they would come down stairs looking like they where sleeping. My boys and I have been at many hotels the past two wks trying to get out of a very bad situation witch they where very awear of and because when I walked by the house keeping cart and grabbed 2exyra towels so that I could shower and get ready for the day. Because there's 3 of us and I thought we only had 2eirty wet towels in the room. Unaware that house keeping was already at are room because no other hotel went in are room while we where still in it if you need a towel or something like that you did just what I did so the management said we don't tolerate stealing. Surprised I didn't steal anything Plus I'm still here how could I have stole anything but me grabbing a towel to shower made it so my boys and I could no longer stay at there hotel the rooms where nasty the bathroom had black mold growing in the shower. Breakfast was a joke nothing like it said it was going to be woke up late to school because they never did my walk up call. I'm so beside my self on how those ppl can own a business like that and I'm pretty sure they live there as well wired

Pleasant place to stay overnight with wonderful service. I was passing through town and had a pleasant, comfortable night here. I forgot a medical device in the room , and discovered I had left it there when I was hundreds of miles away in Ohio. The owner and management at the front desk were exceptionally kind and professional and mailed the device to my home in Arizona at no cost! You bet I will stay here when I pass through Watertown again!!

And the crushed olive green curtains were from 1970. Animal hair on bedspread. Toilet and seat stained. Carpet ripped and fraying. Overall worth $29.99. Actually attended a Wynndam resort timeshare in Florida on June and was thinking of purchasing but now after staying at this hotel associated with them and this could be what I used points for that decision was a lot easier

I was disappointed with this place. It was the least expensive option when I had to spend an overnight in Watertown. I trusted the Wyndham brand and was disappointed when I arrived. Never again.the room was creepy and the property poorly maintained.

Pet designated rooms need drastic attention especially if guests are being charged full price. Rug was old and smelly and should be replaced with laminated floors. Bed was uncomfortable and creaked like old plastic. TV remote had to be replaced. Room was so far from the main part of the hotel that the internet was sketchy. Will not be returning to this place!

The person from my adjoining room had lice in it and they didn't care at all. The only reason we continued to that there was because there was not another pet friendly on Wyndham. The bed was sagging to the middle. The bath tub floor was caving in. The bed was also moist it did smell like cleaning supplies so hopefully. I would never stay here again.

Very mediocre, clean enough in a pinch but not a fun night out. Uncomfortable and flat king bed. Dingy towels. No breakfast even though it’s still listed in their website. No COVID friendly alternatives. Wall outlet adapter sticking out of the wall above the mattress right where the pillows go. Website quoted pet fee at $15, but the front desk required $20. Smoke-free room definitely smelled of smoke and it was suggested that we just open a window to air it out. Overall the motel was dingy and lackluster. Okay if you’re in an emergency overnight situation, but there are many better alternatives in Watertown. Won’t be staying again.

Stayed here in July 2021. The location is very close to I-81. The room was decent size but the place needs an upgrade. The parking lot was tight, the pool and breakfast areas were closed and they did not offer any discounts such as AAA.
