For our 3rd visit to the Saly / Les Filaos complex...
We stayed at the Saly Hotel side for the first time.
The room is spacious, the separate toilet would be a real plus and a little more local decor (Ousmane painting) would make for an even better setting!
The beach is really beautiful and quiet, as is the swimming pool...
Bravo for the marked improvement in WiFi throughout the hotel! It’s really more practical!
The staff is always so pleasant and helpful whether in the restaurant, bar or the maintenance people! (Garden, bedroom,...)

We have also often been on the Filaos side, always a real pleasure
Special mention to Babacar, Omar and Dioufy at the bar, Balla and Adrien in the restaurant, but also Moussa and Pepe in the kitchen!
Mama Kine's shop offers many local souvenirs at fair prices
.. Custom-made outfits possible
Finally, thank you to the Marmara entertainment team for its entertainment and the high quality of its shows!
Bravo to Dado, Emma, Maite, Manu, Margaux, Ousmane, Roman, Sebrina & Zal (aka the Baker!)
In summary, a very nice vacation!

Small hotel managed by a French woman, few people at the start of the season, swimming pool for us, pleasant, clean huts with air conditioning and large shower. super smiling, pleasant and attentive staff. Beach 30 meters away (water at 32 degrees!) with staff who ensure our peace and quiet. Restaurant ok but not very varied in terms of dishes, possibility of going to the events at Filaos right next door.....
You can walk around Saly during the day, a real change of scenery, no feeling of insecurity, they have nothing of their own except a smile!! They try to sell you souvenirs, that's normal and that's the game, but they are less insistent than in the Maghreb if you refuse.
Some nice restaurants nearby, the excursions offered are not numerous but of good quality, including one with a visit to a bush village and a school (remember to go there with pencils, notebooks, sugar, powdered milk, biscuits. .which you can find in the Carrefour Market near the Hotel)
In short, a unique and memorable experience
I will come back, for sure!

Good morning ! Here we are back after spending 1 month as usual and still having a wonderful vacation.
First of all, we would like to thank all the management who listen to their customers every day (a little nod to all those people who criticize by writing on the networks rather than talking about it verbally..).
Of course the entire reception team, the bar, the restaurant who do everything to be pleasant and very cheerful for us (shame on those who disrespect them so often observed). Of course, let’s not forget the maintenance, cleaning and green spaces staff.
For us elders, we would like to wish Omar and Maguette an excellent retirement for all these years but congratulations to the next generation 👍.
After 20 years, it is noticeable that the more the years pass, the more magnificent the gardens become and that the setting offered to us is incomparable and incomparable. It is clear that this hotel deserves its 5th star.

I have just returned from my stay at the Saly Hotel and I can't wait to go back.
As with every stay, I felt very welcome there by attentive teams both at the reception level and in terms of catering, bar, maintenance. The staff are smiling and full of kindness.
The rooms are nice and clean, the food is delicious.
The beach is very pleasant.
I love this place for all these reasons and I have been going there for 16 years now several times a year to recharge my batteries and recharge my batteries.
The management is very close to customers and very attentive and that is very appreciable.
If you need to have a good stay and be pampered, don't hesitate to come to this wonderful place.
I'm going back in April with a group of friends...I can't wait.

Beautiful discovery of this small Senegalese hotel with traditional huts in a beautiful park maintained with palm trees and flowers. Very kind staff and excellent buffet cuisine. To recommend. Downside: permanent noise at night from 11 p.m. (bar and nightclubs open near Saly city center).

Few staff. Terrible and never cooked food. Dirty hotel and non-existent hygiene. An uncaring manager comes and listens to the complaints and does nothing to improve. Broken deckchairs left totally abandoned. Broken and dirty plates and glasses. The food is not very repetitive and above all of poor quality and quantity. We left early.

2nd time for us in this hotel, we found the same team whether at the bar, restaurant and reception.
Always so welcoming.
Always so clean.
The only change for us is the departure of the 2 brothers in the kitchen which is a shame but excusable because retirement requires, but we have not found the gastronomy of 2 years ago, because now it is very repetitive and less varied.
Even if it's still good.
We had a pleasant stay.
Big up to our Marie at the restaurant.

Nice hotel for the oceanfront location. Staff mostly friendly and smiling. Decent buffet, a little repetitive after 2 weeks. A downside for the noise often until 5 a.m. due to the nearby club. Hotel well maintained overall except when numerous crawling (cockroaches) spoil your stay and especially your nights. Many cats in the middle of the restaurant room. Not very hygienic all that. Too bad for these inconveniences, fortunately there are smiling staff, the sun, beautiful beaches, and lots of things to discover.

Peaceful hotel on a human scale. Welcoming and available staff always with a smile.
Good bedding, clean, cleaning done every day.
Correct meals.
Small downside, lack of information you have to go fishing for information.
We found it unpleasant that people from the Filaos hotel were allowed to come to the hotel because the swimming pool is not very large and therefore lacks sun loungers and parasols.
