Went here as a family with a 1 year old and thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was very good, rooms large with comfy beds and equipment supplied for babies. Water sports are amazing.

I am not surprised that you are still waiting for a reply as I had similar experience to yours in that the hotel management are rather slow in picking up email queries.

We thought about hiring too but as previous reviews it’s not worth it, virgin guy ( sorry can’t remember his name) sorted it all out with a driver for the day, very knowledgeable very nice stopped when we wanted, stayed longer at some places, he was very cool. Just book a trip and tell the rep where you’d like to visit not too expensive, for an all day tour all the main attractions including a fantastic lunch & rum tasters in the distillery with all tickets paid for I think it was £230 for 3 people.
