Best Holiday ever! We stayed here for our honeymoon on an all inclusive package and it did not disappoint. The hotel was perfect and its amenities. Rooms were always clean and towels fresh. Rooms are mostly seaview with easy access to the beach or pools. The staff were superb, professional and will always go extra mile for you. Special mention to Aza he works in the pool/bar area. He always greets you with a smile and ensured that our drinks are always topped up! Also special mention to the room service team especially to Vivek he was very professional and fab service. We also had candlelit dinner in our room that made our honeymoon extra special thanks to Vivek and his team. Bar staff in Segala and Sugarcane were so friendly and easy to chat to. Food was great from buffet to three course meals in all of the restaurants. Staff always make sure that you get the best service all the time. From 1003! Make sure to visit the boathouse they offer water activities 9-5pm it comes free with the hotel. …

This was our base for our first visit to Mauritius, and we didnt come away disappointed. The service was amazing, and the facilities were great, including the spa treatments. To name a few - Patrick, chef Eric and lady chef responsible for the Indian food at Senso (Ryavantee?) were brilliant, but so were Patrick at the fitness centre, Rikesh at Noble House and Madanraj, the housekeeping manager. We had a problem with ants in our room on 23rd June, and we were moved to another block, which turned out to be an upgrade, with our own jaccuzzi. My girls had the same issue a couple of days later, and were also moved to our block for the last few nights. Ishraj looked into our complaint and made sure our needs were met without any quibbles, so no complaints from our end. National Covid rules applied to staff, and we felt safer ere than we would have in the UK. However this mean that some of the facilities eg sauna etc were closed. In terms of food, we frequented Senso for breakfast, and most lunches and dinner, although we did try the others as well. Everywhere need to improve when serving tea - we need teaspoons with our cups please! The chef at Segala on our last day was very accommodating of our needs (being a vegan/ vegetarian family) and I recommend the moussaka he prepared for us. Although the tira misu didnt impress anyone! The thai curry at Noble House was hot!! - despite our specific request for a milder version. The free glass boats, kayaking, and other activities are a bonus. The best bit? Seeing the magic of dolphins beyond the hotel lagoon on our last day. Not sure the hotel organised this!…

Special regards to Mr ishrat for his personal assistance, he was indeed very kind and helpful each time I did need him. The main restaurants good was just awesome with tons of varieties and succulent foods. A special thanks to rikesh too. Really enjoyed my honeymoon there. Keep it up.

What a superb stay at this beautiful hotel. I can't praise the staff, the professionalism and helpfulness enough. The rooms are indeed splendid and the choice of food is absolutely amazing. This coupled with the vast beautiful grounds makes anyone's stay quite heavenly. My special thanks to Asswanee for always ensuring our room was clean and well stocked with supplies to make our stay even more delightful. To all the staff at Senso, Segala, Veda and Noble House who always meet you with a smile and go that extra mile to enhance your customer experience, my sincere thanks. The memories that they have helped to create will always remain with us fondly. From the moment we arrived at the the hotel to the moment we left it was the perfect place. Friendly and efficient staff from the general manager down, fantastic food (especially at the Thai and Indian "speciality" restaurants), amazing room with the best shower I've ever come across and an enormous bed that was uber comfortable! Very effective aircon in our room and good WiFi throughout the resort. Wouldn't change a thing apart from better weather on a couple of the days we were there - nothing the hotel could do about that! We are planning on a return visit next year, can't recommend this place highly enough.

Great experience! Spent over a week in this hotel and loved every minute. The hotel itself was extremely clean and the location was amazing. All rooms are overlooking the beach and the views are breathtaking. The staff can’t do enough for you. From the front of house team, the bar staff and cleaners, everyone has a smile on their face, extremely welcoming and will always ask if there is anything else you need. Special shout out to Rakesh & Sam at the sugar cane bar. They are great lads to speak with and will always make sure your glass is full! I had a few issues with my luggage not arriving due to problems at the airport but Ishrat (manager) made sure he chased this for me and gave me regular updates. This isn’t something I had to ask for, they done it out of kindness and exceptional customer service. If you want to travel outside the hotel, the staff are always on hand to call taxis, recommend the best places to go and even book amazing adventures and activities for you to take part in. They recommended a catamaran experience for us which was extraordinary. We took part in paragliding, seen amazing waterfalls and even a BBQ! If you are looking to travel to Mauritius, this is definitely the hotel you need to book. Thank you to everyone at IHG Mauritius who made this an amazing holiday. See you soon.…

This one is a very beautiful property , our spacious rooms had a backdoor sit-out area opening right at the beach ( some rooms are connected , which is a good option for family with kids) allowed us multiple hassle free beach visits :-) Food spread was good, with decent vegetarian and Indian cuisine options for kids along with sea food and local cuisine . Gym and kids play area were good as well , hotel provides some boating /surfing and snorkelling options at the property Helpful and professional staff and a beautiful calm place .

My friend and I are checking out tomorrow and are so sad to go! The resort is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are huge, but the best part is the staff! Kevin was so gracious and helpful. He went the extra mile to help us find some options while I waited for a flight and was so patient with all of our questions. Each person we encountered, from the dining staff to the valet, we’re just exceptional. I am going home to recommend this resort to other friends and family members!
