Awesome owner, with sparkling clean rooms in historic Warwick. Breakfast was delicious and adjusted to our needs. Highly recommend! The Hearth Room with private bath and fireplace was just the romantic getaway we needed. Close to dowtown

You will not find a better breakfast anywhere! Wonderful fresh fruit, with a variety of daily entree. The frittatas were excellent, scones, muffins and bread mouth watering. I stayed in the Joel Wheeler room, and it was comfortable and very pleasant. Good mattress for my achy back! Beautiful views of the Delaware river valley, and spectacular views of the sunset....

Wow... lovely fireplace, old-timey furniture, clean and comfortable beds, plus the incomparable hosting of John. We felt very comfortable here, and it was a great escape from our daily grind in the city. Stay here and spend the day at the winery!
