First time visiting Italy with family. We camped outside. The facility was gorgeous, surrounding area was breath taking. Mountains everywhere. The architecture like old Italy that you see in the movies. The food was out of this world. Fresh and just made. Breakfast at the camp site is one of the healthiest. The restaurants nearby are walking distance and I couldn’t stop eating. The supermarket is right around the corner making it super convenient. Bathrooms hot water, showers were great and clean. The campground is run by a very nice Italian family. The service is fine, the sanitary area clean and the views from the campsite are good.
What was disappointing were the very small sites that are too close together. There is no good thought about parking so the entire space around the pool, and all other space for greenery and play area is taken up by cars. A very messy sight that does not fit the vacation feeling. Also there is a high turnover among camping guests.
Unfortunately, it seems as if the owners have no feeling with the target group of (mainly) Dutch on their campsite, and only focus on filling their camping field as much as possible.

Our first time in this part of Italy. We are never booking campsites. Our goal was a campsite at lake Ledro. Of course they were all occupied. We were directed to this camping. What a relieve to come there. First they had a place for our tent. But more important was that the owners family is very kind and not looking on a computerscreen when talking to us. The campsite is small and well organised. Clean toilets and the shower is hot. The swimmingpool was favorit by the childeren. The camping is in the village and the well equipped supermarket is 3 minutes of walking. If you don't want to cook by yourself you can eat in the restaurant at the campsite. Enough to do in the surroundings. Nice hiking and cycling tours and watersport at lake Ledro. For serious sailng/surfing go to lake Garda (25 minutes by car). Even a visit to Verona is anice daytrip (One way approx 1,5 hours). Usually we stay max 5 days on a campsite. This time we broke the record and made it 9 days.
