First time staying here and I have never had better service - ever. The only hiccup was that we had to wait about 30 minutes for our room, even though we arrived at 4:30 ( check-in is at 3). But they offered my wife and I a glass of champagne and from then on, the stay was perfect. If you...

We decided to book this hotel after a full day at the Syracuse mall. Being Valentines day thought we'd top off the day with some gaming at Turning Stone Casino and stay at their premier hotel. It was not a mistake. The room rate is expensive for the area but for a special stay it is well worth the amenities....

I have visited this property several times and thought it was time to stay at the lodge , not a good idea unless you have unlimited funds . The rooms are nice but lack a jetted tub for the price charged here I would think a jetted tub over just a soaking tub would be appropriate in these suites ....

We stayed here for 1 night in January. From the minute we drove up to the front of the hotel, the service was outstanding. Valet parking attendants were ready and attentive and the bell hops quickly took car of our bags. The decor of The Lodge is impressive. A lot of lodge-like effects with a great deal of wood trim...

My girlfriend and I stayed overnight for her birthday. First upon arrival they have complimentary valet parking and give you hot cocoa while checking in. Checking in was a breeze and within 5-10 minutes we were on our way up to our suite. All the rooms are suites by the way. The hotel itself is beautiful. Definitely first class all...

I use Hotels.com a fair bit and so I had a free night to use up and decided to use it for a night at the Lodge at Turning Stone Resort. Wow! We were impressed. It was a bit odd that we felt that we were driving to the backside of the casino but when we drove up to the...

The Lodge is my favorite place to stay. For anyone staying at Turningstone Casino, it is absolutely worth the extra money. The Oneida Nation has hospitality down. Everyone from the doormen, front desk staff and valet to the staff at Wildflowers, could not have been more accommodating during our recent stay. Everything in the suite was top quality. We are...

We have been going to the lodge at turning stone for three years now. This is in conjunction with an annual conference that I attend. We absolutely love it! From the moment you check in, you feel special and pampered. (The free chocolates, coffee and hot chocolate don't hurt either!)

We again had the good fortune to be able to stay again at the Lodge at Turning Stone. The Tower and the Hotel are fine, but it is truly a special treat to be able to stay here. The great room with large, lit fireplace and floor to ceiling windows is stunning. We occupied a lovely king room on the...
