Very helpful service, great room. Nice dining in the lodge and many more options in the casino. Very relaxing facility. Wish they had more "specials" on price. One couple, one night stay. We live nearby in syracuse.

You really should ask, I’ve only stayed in double rooms., but they do have rooms without balconies, and I was very disappointed. The balcony rooms are much nicer, of course in winter it really doesn’t matter
