We stayed in the tower hotel on the 19th floor. We had beautiful views from our window. The room was beyond clean and we were pleasantly surprised by the turn down service when we came back to throw room at night. The room was modern but still warm. Our only concern was a few times our room key did not... More

This is a review of the Tower, not the casino. I stay at the Tower approx. once per month. This is an extremely nice, upscale hotel, and it is a pleasant surprise hidden in drab upstate New York. The hotel is remodeling all of the rooms. The new rooms are very large with very tasteful decorating. They have hardwood floors... More

We have been to Turning Stone many times. We even went before there was a Hotel! Each time is slightly different. If you enjoy gambling, it is always a fun place for an overnight getaway. This time was no different. I made my reservation for the Tower a month in advance. When we arrived, we were offered one of the... More

The new rooms in the Tower at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino are very nice. Modern and clean. They have hypo-allergenic rooms also. The new rooms have keurigs so its much easier to make coffee. And some have small refrigerators.

Had another great time At Turning Stone. Very relaxing. We attended the NYSAR convention from Sept 24th - 28th. Wayne Myers the bartender at The Lodge bar is always exceptional going out of his way. He even came to work an hour early to accommodate us. Lisa in the Lodge spa was great always a smile on her face. Our... More

We stayed here overnight while traveling to Lake Placid and we are so glad we did. The beds were some of the best we ever slept in. So comfortable along with great pillows made it the best sleeping experience of our trip. Step in showers, clean large rooms, just a real nice place. Some people complained that smoke drifted up... We stayed for a weekend. Had a nice room with a view of the surrounding countryside. My only complaint is that the bed pillows were too small for a king size bed. The staff was very nice and the restaurants we ate were were great. Plenty to do besides gamble, although we did some of that too. It felt like... More

Just when I thought that The Towers were already fabulous, I returned this past week and its gotten even better! I was offered a hypoallergenic room! They are renovating and this floor has recently been redone. The rooms do not have any carpeting, have an air purifier/ionizer in each room as well as the hall, that is carpeted to keep... More

Stayed here on a business trip recently and no complaints. Wifi works great, beds are not too soft which is great. Clean room, floors, bathroom. Clean linen and towels. Love the double-head shower, never seen that anywhere. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just returned from a weekend stay at the tower. Loved the hotel, casino and TS steakhouse. Everything was amazing. My husband and I went up to Cooperstown for hall of fame weekend and decided to stay at the turning stone. We booked our reservation 6 months ago when we knew we were going up. So happy that we decided to... More
