I stayed here for New Years Eve and it was a really nice hotel. The shuttle picked you up right at the door which i thought was convenient. there was free breakfast in the morning. The hotel was very clean and a decent size.

Stayed on a weekday for a concert playing across the street at Turning Stone Casino. The hotel was clean and bed was ok. They have a shuttle over to the casino and free breakfast. Affordable with ample parking.

I have visited the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Verona, WI, several times over the past few years. Every time I’ve stayed has been an excellent experience. During my first visit, I chatted briefly with Daniel and Daniella several times during my three-day stay. They were always friendly and warm and easy to talk to. Several months later, I came back and was greeted by Daniel as I walked in the door, “Welcome back, Candice.” I was shocked and pleasantly surprised that Daniel remembered me. Daniel has greeted me with the same warm smile and greeting each visit after. The last time I visited, February 21, 2018, was by far the best hotel experience I have ever had, and I travel 20 to 30 weeks out of the year.

When I arrived in Wisconsin from Colorado, I had been experiencing severe stomach pain. I was planning take an Uber or cap to the emergency room after checking in to the hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted, by Daniel, as usual. I told him I was not feeling well but did not elaborate on my plan to visit the ER. My friend and traveling companion, checking after me, spoke with Daniel and explained that she would be accompanying me to the ER and asked about a cab or Uber. Instead, the staff arranged to have a free shuttle take me to the hospital so I didn’t have to wait. When came down to the lobby, Daniel was there with a bottle of water for my friend and me and a card signed by several staff members wishing me well. The shuttle driver, Jeff, hurried us to the ER and told us to call when we were ready to come back; they would pick us up. During our ride there, he showed genuine compassion and kindness to me. After being treated in the ER, a different shuttle driver picked us up around 10:30pm. He drove well out of the way back to the hotel, so I could get a prescription filled at a 24 hr. pharmacy.

The next morning, several staff members checked in on me to be sure I had something to eat and to check on my condition. This experience demonstrates hospitality at it’s best. I have stayed a much pricier hotels and have never received the level of service I have at this Fairfield Inn. The entire staff showed a great sense of genuine kindness and compassion. . A specific call out to: Daniel, Daniella, Phoebe, Jeff, Ron, Jordan, Jjay, and Mark Brown.

My boyfriend and I had an spa day across the street at Turning Stone and wanted something close by that wasn't super expensive. The hotel is in a nice convenient location literally across the street from the casino. They provide a free shuttle service to and from the casino til 4am which is great if you're there to gamble. The hotel was quiet, clean and up to date. The only complaint I have is that the room we had (108) smelled like smoke. It might have been a smoking room at one point. It wasn't too terrible but you could definitely still smell it a little. Breakfast is included but we didn't get a chance to eat since our appointment was so early. There is a mini fridge and microwave in the room. There is a restaurant next door and a dunkin donuts. I would stay again.

Been here many times. Usually very accommodating. Tried to book for one night when hotel was not full. Refused to negotiate price although we are long time Marriott members. Transferred to "customer service" where I was left on hold for 45 minutes. Called turning stone. They lowered our rate by $100 and were very accommodating. Will not be returning to the Fairfield.

Easy location off thruway. Easy access to coffee, food and fuel. Free shuttle to casino. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff on the surrounding area. Clean. Modern. Fridge, microwave and coffee in room. Wifi decent speed- depending on where you are in building. Free breakfast. Only downfall- the air conditioning/heating unit is on a sensor. I have to sleep with air flow with sound (aka fan) going and even when you set it to continuous it shuts down when there is no movement in room. So as soon as I would doze off the unit would shut down and I would wake back up. There is not a freezer in fridge unit. Cleanest bathroom I have seen in awhile. Management is doing a good job with their staff in all areas at this location. One male evening front desk staff even tried to find me a free standing fan to put in room.

We stayed here for a few days while visiting family. It's what I expected from a Fairfield inn. Small gym with two treadmills and an elliptical. There was a small indoor pool. The hotel is right off the thruway and across the street from the turning stone. The turning stone was about $150 more than the FFI so it was an easy choice to go to the Fairfield inn. Breakfast consisted of make your own waffles, oatmeal, eggs and other items. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was hot.

Stayed here last Monday night (11/7) for business in Sylvan Beach. This hotel was about $65 cheaper than neighboring Turning Stone, which also makes zero sense on a weeknight. Neither property was busy.

Trish did a proper and fast check-in, and found my Marriot Rewards #, and explained the morning breakfast (which was great) offered a choice of daily papers, and offered a casino shuttle, which I used to and from. (it runs until 10 pm),

Great tv, and the rooms are bright and clean. The bad.....the heat did not work. I called the desk, and a maintanence tech showed up in under 5 minutes, and manually got it running, as it was a bad thermostat. Fast service and all was well.

Nice place, clean, I used the pool, and there is a sports bar next door. I would use this place again when I am back.

Hotel is located directly across the street from Turning Stone Casino. Hotel offers free shuttle bus which is very convenient even though we didn't use it. Free breakfast was worth it with eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit any much more! Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. A sports bar is located next door and Dunkin Donuts is also close by.
